The program is very good at the synchronization of the content between Facebook and Instagram. Also, it's easy to schedule the posts, manage the comments, and to work together. The appearance is intuitive and easy to organize the posts.

Inconvénients :

The lack of the possibility of posting stories on Instagram isn't a very good point of this software. Also, the intention of this software is to work with videos, and for that, it has a more specified insight into videos than photos.

Commentaires : Meta did what other platforms are supposed to do long long time ago before platforms like Hootsuite. Buffer or Later was born, They need bring ease-of-use to creators and businesses as well since both are their main target. We used to use Hootsuite and Buffer before but not longer after Facebook or Meta launched the Creator Studio, While we still have a subscription on Hootsuite for managing other social networks but it's easier for us to do it for Facebook and Instagram from the Creator Studio and we really wish to have tools like these from other social networks.

Our favorite features of the Creator Studio is how seamlessly we're managing over 40+ pages for businesses and public figures with advanced collaboration tools to easily approve posts and create tasks for our team members and to show our scheduled posts to clients before publishing them, We love the easy and deep reporting to create visual informative reports and to even set up scheduled reports for keeping clients up to date with the performance, Also the ability to respond to customers messages and comments across Facebook and Instagram from one dashboard is the best time-saving feature overall.

Inconvénients :

Our main dislike is being unable to schedule reels to Instagram since it's the biggest focus for all the brands we manage and an essential post type lately, We really don't understand why Meta is preventing us from doing that.

I dislike the Monetization feature, which is unclear and often contains bugs. I also didn't appreciate a lot the support I receive whenever I have problems or questions about something.

Commentaires : My overall experience with the Creator Studio is that they did a great success in bringing all the needed tools together in one place, one dashboard and one inbox to manage the entire business from a single dashboard, Their insightful insights and the in-depth details makes growth easier than ever, When an agency like us is managing businesses and public figures in different industries and totally different niches, the only way to grow fast is depending on the insights and tracking the performance and that's what the Facebook creator studio did the great job in bringing the most detailed insights about posts with truly beneficial information like number of returning views, 3 seconds & 1 minutes views, average minutes views, earnings and total engagement and for sure comments, shares and interactions. and the great news is the ability to track these insights on the go using their mobile app, Yes it needs more improvements but still better than nothing.

Avantages :

As usually one of the best things about the Creator Studio is the ease of use, The interface and user experience is flawless with the features and capabilities every business needs to easily manage their Facebook pages and Instagram profiles, I do like the document management system they built and the collaboration tools too for previewing my scheduled posts to my clients before publishing them, They built the easiest scheduling system to seamlessly publish, schedule and edit published posts. Also the one-for-all inbox for maximizing customer satisfaction score with a fast response to their messages, comments and reviews across Instagram and Facebook, that's what we really needed and other social media management services couldn't offer a seamless experience like what Meta offers, even with paid subscriptions.

Inconvénients :

The frequent updates is unusual, very unusual to make changes that fast to a platform like this. It's like changing the interface everyday, every week, every month there's a completely different interface and this makes users confused, specially the beginners or basic users when they get used to the platform and then all in a sudden they find nothing in place and everything is changed. I also hope they support Reels scheduling for Facebook or Instagram, This is what clients are asking for and we do too. Also the mobile app needs some improvements and flexibility in switching between pages and businesses.

by far the best social media management tool of the Meta group (also owner of Ceator Studio). a perfect tool for creators but also for communities and social media managers who work in companies to create, plan, publish and manage posts in all formats (photos, videos, stories, reels, etc.). simple to use but also complete with all the most up-to-date features of the individual social networks and to use it you just need a facebook profile and no subscription is required. the tool is also complete with a large section of data and reports that can be easily consulted like all the other feature management sections.

Inconvénients :

I use it on a daily basis and I don't find any particularly negative aspects other than perhaps a more captivating graphics in the seating planning section but really, no major negative aspects.

Creator studio was an amazing tool for scheduling and posting on Instagram. I'm using a past tense since as of today, Meta seems to have completely removed access to Creator Studio in favour of a scheduling feature on Business Suite that makes everything more chaotic and features fewer functionalities (saving Instagram posts in drafts, to make an example)

Inconvénients :

Creator studio had limitations in the formats you could load files in: Videos had to be saved in .mp4 otherwise they would not be read by the platform and this is a shame since most video editing tools save in .mov by default.Sometimes this forced me to re-export a video in a different format in order to make it viable for the platform

I like the interface of the creator studio which is very easy to understand. It has easy navigation menu and all. It is very easy to upload videos and check the insights.

Inconvénients :

The quality of some of the videos which are not in proper resolution gets some blur quality. It is a common problem because we have to use the proper size as instructed in the Creator Guide.

The thing that I like most about Creator Studio is that it is extremely easy to use. While it has many menus and options, the whole platform is pretty intuitive and easy to figure out. Since everything within Creator Studio is pinned to the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, it's hard to get lost when navigating around. The other thing I love about Creator Studio is how easy it is to schedule posts for the entire month & even cross-post to other Meta-owned platforms like Instagram.

Inconvénients :

The only weakness I see in Creator Studio is the fact that it only works with Meta products like Facebook and Instagram. While these integrations help and do cut down on my workload overall, I sometimes wish I could post to other platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter from Creator Studio as well. Overall, this is a small gripe; our team just uses another social manager for the other platforms.

This makes it much easier to seamlessly engage the audience with no-delay, and this leads to a higher customer satisfaction score, I liked the powerful capabilities in the content management feature for making it easier to manage scheduled posts and edit them for any unexpected changes and to edit published posts too and it's enabling us to edit video titles and descriptions in a very easy way. It's similar to having full content features and functionality from a single panel. The last major benefit for us and the one we really appreciate how intelligent and powerful it is, the advanced AI-powered insights to analyze the entire page or single posts with very detailed KPI measurements to tweak and optimize the campaign strategy and improve the performance with better analytical decision-making.

I don't like the lack of features and capabilities in the mobile application, Especially the insights which is the most important thing we need on the go but it's not functional as the desktop, Also being unable to post/schedule reels is very annoying and it's time-consuming for us when there's over 20 daily posts and most of them are in reels and we just have to do it manually, I don't get the reason why they're doing this but I really hope they change it soon and listen to their community as we've seen there are many creators and business are asking for it.

On top of the features I like is for sure the Publishing tools with the easiest scheduling to both networks of Facebook and Instagram, Also the content management for Instagram is the key to maximize the engagement with the audience and Creator Studio made it easy now to do it all via PC (Computer), Communicating with the audience was never that easy, We're in love with the way Creator Studio enabled us to communicate with the audience from one inbox to streamline engagement, Last thing we really love is the advanced AI-Powered "Rights Manager" for protecting our Rights and our clients too from any unauthorized use via their intelligent algorithms.

The UX was unexpected to find that it's not possible to drag-and-drop images into the upload form directly and must pick an option to upload from File Uploader or from the Facebook page and this makes it unfriendly-interface, Also the disability to edit scheduled and existing posts or the rescheduled time, So deleting the scheduled post and recreating it is the only option to change the reschedule date/time. The latest and the worst con for us is that it's not possible to schedule Reels at all this is the most frustrating con ever with no reason explained from Facebook.
