Eventleaf saved our conference

Commentaires : I made the decision to switch to Eventleaf just 2 weeks before the conference. We had been using a competitor's product for the previous 3 months and needed a system with more flexibility and a focus on a smooth on-site check-in process. I imported our online registrations into Eventleaf and we used their amazing mobile check-in app to provide a registration experience that was a pleasant experience for our attendees and our conference staff! For this reason, alone Eventleaf saved our conference!

Avantages :

Eventleaf gave me the ability to completely offload the parts of conference planning I always dread. The most arduous tasks (collecting exhibitor profiles, updating speaker biographies, and changing the conference agenda) are automatically managed by the system. And the result is a beautiful and engaging conference web site and a companion mobile app that are always in sync. I will never create my own conference web site again!

Inconvénients :

If I had one complaint about Eventleaf, it would be regarding the lack of documentation. Although there are a few good videos we used for end-user training on specific features (e.g. the QR code badge scanner app), the software needs a comprehensive training manual for the event planner. I would also love it if the Sponsor management system worked like the exhibitor/speaker management system that is now in place. Ideally, it would be wonderful to have an end-to-end experience where the customer goes from purchase to profile upload and their information automatically appears on the exhibitor/sponsor page when the planner approves the purchase.

A must have for event planning and registration!

Avantages :

The simplicity of set up and the automation. This product is better than any other of used so far. It even allows for sponsors and instructors to edit their own sections!

Inconvénients :

I wish I had a need to use more of the features.

Eventleaf - an unusual name - a really good alternative choice

Commentaires : We found the registration process meets our needs and het company has been very accommodating for our very small non-profit organization.

Avantages :

Once an event is created and launched notifications are received for review quickly. Also, the ability to customize the content for your organization.

Inconvénients :

Once the event is created it seems challenging to make updates to the information

Excellent Event Management System

Commentaires : We have really enjoyed using Eventleaf for all of our needs regarding the demonstrations we host on site. The depth that Eventleaf has is vast and we are excited to continue exploration and utilization of all its capabilities in the future.

Avantages :

Eventleaf has been very helpful in streamlining the check in process at our events. Guests are constantly impressed by the sleek design and simple process. On our end, it has been extremely helpful in setting up guest events around the demonstrations hosted on site. The wireless guest badge printing and sign in process has helped our check in area stay organized and seamless. The data collection acquired after every event has been vital in tracking our efficiency and influx of attendees. Most importantly, the customer service offered by Eventleaf has been unmatched regarding any questions or issues that may arise with the software. They've been able to assist with everything from financing to tutorial help on how to use the software to its full capability.

Inconvénients :

One issue we noticed with Eventleaf is that the printing quality for badges from the iPad is lower than the printing capabilities from the desktop. We wish there was a way to edit the resolution used for printing from the app on the iPad.

New to Eventleaf, but SO impressed!

Avantages :

Eventleaf is very, very organized. It's so easy to create really dynamic registration for various attendee types. Most of the platform is "just enough" customization where you can set up a really clean design without being overwhelmed by features. The integrated electronic payments has made our work much easier, and we'll continue to explore the at-event features this fall! The dashboards and reports have already been amazing, but we'll continue to explore those as well.

Inconvénients :

I'd like to see the page design options made a little more robust, specifically the general information section (formatting is tricky) and being able to reorder the sections. I'd also love to see the ability to upload a logo within the registration, and the ability to back-end tag registrants.

Positive Experience with Eventleaf

Avantages :

We have found the eventleaf software to be incredibly helpful for our training event. We have used other registration softwares in the past that were not nearly as beneficial. We loved that we could customize the page with our branded colors and logos. It makes for a seamless transition between our webpage and the EventLeaf site. We could even customize the URL! We were excited to be able to upload our contacts and send them from this platform, instead of having to use another platform to communicate. We are excited to have an integrated app that we can edit and customize. We loved how the software is structured for our event. It is easy to know where all the different pieces of information go. The default confirmations are great too, and we don’t have to create everything from scratch. We look forward to our future events with EventLeaf and only wish we had found it sooner!

Inconvénients :

Eventleaf is both user friendly and cost-effective

Commentaires : As an Event Coordinator, I have researched and used several different event management software programs. I chose and have used Eventleaf by Jolly Technologies for several years because it is extremely user friendly as well as cost effective. I highly recommend Eventleaf to my colleagues and several have also chosen this program for their company because they also found that the site is.

Avantages :

Eventleaf has all of the bells and whistles that other well-known programs have as well as a lot of other pluses. I am able to manage several events simultaneously within my agency’s organization page. The well-structured dashboard allows me to track and manage registration; keep track of sales; and engagement activities. The program enables me to design my own website with a personalized URL to drive registrants to the event. Eventleaf can link directly to hotels, manage speakers and exhibitors, and produce a well laid out agenda. I am able to manage registration and attendee information throughout the event as well as checking-in, payments, and class sessions. My favorite part of Eventleaf is the engagement component that administers invitations, reminders, and notifications all within the site which means my inbox does not get over whelmed. However, if I want to, I can forward requests to my agency email. During the event, Eventleaf allows me to use polls to engage attendees. After the event, Eventleaf can be used for follow-up surveys. The program is an annual cost that varies by the number of annual registrants.

Inconvénients :

Eventleaf is constantly upgrading its program to address market changes. If there were things I did not like, I reach out to the support group and they help me.

Intuitive, functional, and well supported

Avantages :

Very easy set-up, quite intuitive after going through a basic product demo. We love the survey feature, and while we haven't used the 'polls' feature yet, we're excited to employ the feature in our next event. Love the attendee segmentation, and ability for user-customized agendas. Also, the attendee mobile app is a great feature.Finally, in our experience, the support has been fantastic, from the original product demo, all the way through to getting solid answers to questions we've asked along the way.

Inconvénients :

A couple minor interface issues...-Changing the times of events on the agenda is a little cumbersome, but nothing serious.-We'd like to have the option for certain content of the website to be able to be restricted based on attendee type or group. For example, when a user registers as a specific attendee type, it only shows that attendee the events that are applicable to them (Great feature). In addition, it would be nice if there were some website content fields that could only be shown to a certain user type, instead of just the customized agenda.

Experiencing Event Leaf

Commentaires : I have been using eventleaf for a number of years now, and it has always been my go-to tool for registration.

Avantages :

It is easy to navigate, and the payment process and payout processes are remarkably not complex.

Inconvénients :

I didn't like that the software does not keep people who register together in terms of registering in a group under a specific company. We have gotten complaints from participants about the 6% credit card processing fees.

Great communication from support team, and a great product!

Avantages :

A straightforward interface is easy to use and understand. Having different needs for levels of event planning, I have found this product to be great for smaller event coordination with the option to upgrade for larger events. We have held smaller events with 50 participants and used the program with ease, as well as larger events with participant numbers up to 1,000. Pricing tiers are great for companies of any size - with even a free option. The option to print nametags for planned attendees was a nice feature. I receive regular updates from the Eventleaf team and find them very helpful. This is a product that is affordable, easy to use, and I would defenitley reccomend.

Inconvénients :

I did find an issue that once I had changed a date for an event I was unable to make a few edits to who had registered. I was able to contact customer support and they advised me on how to correct my error. Turns out it was my mistake - my complaint was that it wasn't easy to determine my error. However, I would not call this a "con" as the customer sopport was top-notch.

Event Leaf Review

Commentaires : Overall we are satisfied on the app, we are able to ease alot of bottle neck during the event and make our program to run smooth.

Avantages :

What I like most is that the app actually helps to ease bottle neck during an event. 1. Pre-registration and actual registration - We were able to know the actual confirm attendees on the event and be able to have surveys in one platform same as the platform through out the event. Also, registration during events usually cause long ques of looking names of the attendees and signature, but here using barcode that will just needs to scan it ease ques on the registration. 2. Announcement during breaks - Attendees usually go to different areas on the venue and sometimes organizer needs to check areas to check attendees in this we just send announcement on the app that the program resumes, or announcement on the event program for the preparation of atteendees most likely if its a big crowd.

Inconvénients :

the least that I like is that is have additional feature like a survey that we can easily show the survey results. or anything that we can use in the program. So that there will one app that we will be used through out of the event

Full package - meets all our event needs

Commentaires : A breeze to set up, great customer service, and an excellent user experience. Looking forward to opening up for registrations and using the full feature set!

Avantages :

Great UI and straightforward to set up. Your event is automatically converted to a website which can be customised to your organisation. Registration forms are great and support conditional logic, and registrants are able to add another attendee at checkout. Easy integration with Stripe for registration fees. We haven't spent much time with the scheduling yet but are confident that it will create an easy-to-use agenda for attendees.

Inconvénients :

Pricing is aimed towards large events, but the customer service team has been helpful in providing a solution for our small not-for-profit event.

Why I recommend Eventleaf

Avantages :

The thing I liked the most is the ability to integrate your own payment processor. I enjoyed the fact that you get a full free-trial demo so you can play around with the system as much or as little as you want. I really liked the fact that the registration page had so many options for promo-code control, etc.

Inconvénients :

The poor controls for logo uploads. I was disappointed with the final event page link that I was provided with. I wasn't impressed with the cookie-cutter basic web design controls, limited color schemes, and a very blocky feel. Also didn't like that the system does not have an auto-export feature for names, dates, events, phone numbers etc.

Commentaires : Our company dealt with the problems related to the event and meeting organization before we introduced Eventleaf to our everyday communication. Simply, some people would say that they are able to attend the event and later on they simply wouldn't show up because there is no functional way to call off the invitation. Therefore, we had to implement an event planning software into our company's needs. The other business company, which is our partner, has recommended Eventleaf to us since they have used it for quite a while and it has proved to be easy and reliable to work with. Since we introduce the Eventleaf to our company, we started organizing better. Making an event is just few clicks away and with automated e-mails for all the future attendees you are able to perform such work in matter of moments. Before, we would have to invite each individual and it would take days without any official confirmation that the attendee will eventually come to the meeting. Now, if someone wishes to cancel due to illness or some other thing, it's easy to check out of the list. With Eventleaf, we are able to track down all the attendees and prepare ourselves better, especially if the event has few hundred people who are attending. I would surely recommend Eventleaf for the improving the functionality of the company, as it is completely reliable and easy to use. A wonderful solution to many business problems.

Perfect for Us

Commentaires : We host 2 annual conferences and generally have 50-80 total attendees per conference. This is perfectly scalable for our needs and organization.

Avantages :

The ability to use as much or as little of the features as you want/need. We put on 2 annual conferences a year for IT organizations in our state and Eventleaf provides everything we need to gather both vendor information and member/attendee information.

Inconvénients :

There are no cons that we've encountered with Eventleaf. We don't utilize all the extra bells & whistles, so we haven't fully tested all the features. But the basics all work for what we need them for.

The best tool to manage your events!

Commentaires : It was my first time using a product like Eventleaf Online. If you need to create an event and do not have any clue on how to do it, Eventleaf is just for you! I was recently asked to organize a couple of events in my community and I had no clue on how to do it, where should I start or what to do.
I found this platform to be a very easy tool to use. I was able to build the registration system very quickly and organize everything so fast. It also allowed me to use different languages. It allows you to connect it to Facebook, which was great for me. You can organize a small event in less than an hour. Payouts and billings are easy to track. You can manage everything from one platform and do not have to worry that you forgot something. The selling platform has proven to be very good for selling tickets, workshop packages, and courses. The platform also allows for different languages, a great and useful feature and one that surprised me. Pros Multilingual, can be used from all countries

Easy Program for Beginners

Commentaires : Every issue I have had they have had resolved quickly. The people are phone have always gone above and beyond.

Avantages :

It is really easy to use. The platform is friendly to the eyes and isn't cluttered, Instructions are easy to follow.

Inability to edit some features once an event is published.

Commentaires : We have had a great experience with Eventleaf! No major complaints and love that it is easy to use!

Avantages :

Event Leaf is exactly what we were looking for, which was a check-in system for the officials of our indoor track meet. With an older population it needed to be as simple and user friendly as possible which it is! I appreciate that it is easy to use as an administrator and easy for the users checking in.

Inconvénients :

It is not a con by any means, but I wish there was a way to register people for our event without sending them an email. It seems weird, but we already send out emails and I don't need them to get another one from Eventleaf when I sign them up to work our track meet.
