I love Fresh Learn!

Commentaires : I have enjoyed our process. I love how easy it is to create and manage courses on this platform. As a creator, it's fantastic to be able to connect with my students effortlessly through such a user-friendly online learning environment.

Avantages :

Customer Service is wonderful, Ease of Use, Creation of courses and pages have ready-made templates.

Inconvénients :

Currently there is nothing that we cant work out.

I couldn't recommend Freshlearn and their support and customer teams more. They are just fantastic and helping you setting all the technical stuff allows you to focus on your content creation :)

Features, easy to set up, scalable plans, Customer and Support teams are just fantastic, they have an infinite patience...

Poorly designed, terrible customer service

Commentaires : Fresh Learn is a prime example of getting what you pay for. The platform is VERY poorly designed. One example would be something as simple yet maddening as having to code the header and footer on every single page. There are many other issues such as this that you will encounter throughout your experience. Additionally, their customer service is awful. They take ages to get back to you and offer little to no actual assistance. If you're looking to save money and don't care how much of your own time you have to put into formatting and figuring out rudimentary issues, then Fresh Learn is your platform. Otherwise, I would recommend spending a bit more money for a better service.

Avantages :

The cost and the fact that they managed the migration from another platform.

Inconvénients :

How poorly the coding was and the customer service

Easy to use

Commentaires : They are helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They migrated my course from Thinkific for me, everything is on Freshlearn now without me having to do anything! This is great! and unexpected. They are also migrating my course membership for me.

Avantages :

My experience with Freshlearn so far is awesome! I love that I can talk to a live person. Customer service is great!

Inconvénients :

So far I don't have any. Currently everything is working fine.

Not-Tech-Saavy but love this software

Commentaires : Wonderful! Even when I cannot figure something out, the chat option and the video conference option are both very helpful and easy to utilize. They always describe things in a way I understand and help me fix my issue quickly.

Avantages :

User friendly and guides me through the process intuitively

Inconvénients :

All the things I haven't liked have been improved or added on upgrades. The company is very in tune and responsive to user suggestions and needs.

FreshLearn destroyed the technical SEO performance of my school

Avantages :

Initially, I liked FreshLearn's price. But now, with companies like Squarespace getting in the e-learning space and charging about $500/year for a higher-quality product that FreshLearn, there is nothing I would recommend about FreshLearn.

Inconvénients :

FreshLearn destroyed the technical SEO of my school. My school suffered because of how FreshLearn migrated site (from Teachable). Specifically, FreshLearn did not migrate assets like images, CSS, fonts, custom code, etc. to native hosting, and kept these assets' legacy CDNs from Teachable. These hosting settings were in conflict with the rest of the FreshLearn settings and resulted in dramatic drop in SEO performance for my site. My school's performance index as measured by tools like [sensitive content hidden] dropped to low 20ies both on mobile and desktop. I had repeatedly attempted to correct this performance but was unsuccessful.

Pretty Easy to Use

Avantages :

I like that the support features, even though we are off by time zones LOL

Inconvénients :

Nothing really - I am still learning so I'm not sure.

Great Customer Service

Commentaires : It's taken longer than I anticipated to transfer our students and content, mostly because the organizational tasks on my end took longer than expected, but the FreshLearn team has been very responsive.

Avantages :

I like the responsiveness of the FreshLearn team. I like the different options available to my community. I like the ease of use for the students.

Inconvénients :

I'm still working on locating settings and learning more about the most efficient ways to use FreshLearn. There is a learning curve, so I wish I had more time to devote to learning it.

Setting up my school

Commentaires : I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with the FreshLearn team.
This platform suits me immensely and I’m very pleased that they approached me and convinced me to move from Teachable.

Avantages :

What I love most of all is the support and patient extended to me especially from Teja. Every time I have an issue she is there to help me and my computer illiteracy is no problem for her, she just patiently explains it for me AGAIN and again.

Inconvénients :

I gave this a lot of thought and initially it was how slow the migration was but that was just me having really outrageous expectations of my massive school being migrated quickly .. these things take time.

Great user support from Freshlearn

The prompt and helpful support from Freshlearn for somebody who is not particularly tech savvy.

Some of the requirements in setting up a product are not particularly clearly defined.

Great Platform

Commentaires : I moved from Thinkific and found that the support team at FreshLearn were so helpful in getting it set up for me.

Avantages :

All inclusive platform. Great support team. Professional presentation of materials.

Inconvénients :

It was a bit of a learning curve moving from a different platform but once I learned it, it has become very easy.

Great Custome Service

Commentaires : Really great support that responds quickly, gives the time we need to solve our issues and easy to launch a course.

Avantages :

Amazing customer service and great platform that is easy to navigate and set up. They were amazing in that they took care of moving all of our content over for us.

Inconvénients :

Nothing to negative to say at this point.

Avantages :

I thought the cost was a pro of Fresh Learn, the first call was very helpful. Little did I know that after the initial sales call that is where your service ends.

Inconvénients :

There is absolutely no service with Fresh Learn. I asked multiple times for a refund after a bug caused my subscription to be altered at the check out. I was promised the refund and have since been ghosted. I then tried to use the platform (as I have paid inadvertantly for an entire year) and I have found the service to be below expectations. Students have been unable to navigate around the site and I have had to change platforms to ensure they get the product they signed up for.
