Commentaires : It's been great so far with their support team extending their hand at all times.

Avantages :

We came across Sales Simplify while we were looking for a software to manage the leads and deals that we needed to manage for our SAAS product. A few other options that were checked were either too bloated or way too expensive. We were looking for a lean, mean, no non-sense kind of a software and Sales Simplify is just the product that we were looking for. We have hit a few road blocks in terms of a few hiccups that any new product faces but their support team is very responsive and they take great pains to resolve the issues that we come across. I am sure it's going to be a very promising product as it goes through the initial stages of improvements and feature additions.

Inconvénients :

I would have liked this software to be more thoroughly tested before a market launch.

Lightweight and simple CRM and Sales Platform

Commentaires : Moving to the new CRM has been very helpful and the interface is more intuitive for the users compared to the previous CRM.

The interface is straightforward to navigate and the reports can be obtained very quickly. Tracking each salesperson's performance through the dashboard is very helpful.

Inconvénients :

Integration with other tools and migration of data from the previous CRM was not so easy and that should be solved.

Track and manage your sales stream effortlessly

Commentaires : Whosoever is involved in Sales would definitely identify with the pain point of managing the leads and the deals and their activities. Before Sales Simplify we were trying to manage it using Excel sheets and Google Forms but then that was really proving to be tricky to manage. With Sales Simplify, we have got full control and a bird's eye view of the complete journey of a client from a lead to a deal.

Avantages :

You can simply import your leads and begin working on them and convert the potential customers into deals and focus on them.

Inconvénients :

The excel to import the leads is slightly tricky and it could have been better if that could be simplified

The module was extremely helpful in providing everyone with the necessary knowledge about the products, processes, and strategies that we were selling. The user-friendly interface made it easy for me to create and assign tasks to my team, and their quick response time was much appreciated. I was also impressed with the quality of the training materials provided. Overall, I can definitely recommend the Sales Simplify's Learn to anyone looking to train their sales team.

This CRM is very easy to use, has a great interface, and it is a great help in growing my business. It is easy to create lead lists, maintain contact records, and schedule appointments. The reports allow me to see how many leads I'm getting, what is preventing them from converting to customers, and how much money I'm making with each lead. This CRM is a must-have for any business.

Commentaires : Sales Simplify Ultimate Sales Machine is ideal for growing income and delighting customers. Drag-and-drop table view, tags, powerful filter, sort, bulk edit, delete, and owners make it a wonderful tool for organizing contacts and boosting sales processes.

Avantages :

I've used many sales management tools as a salesperson. Sales Simplify's Ultimate Sales Machine amazed me when I tested it. Sales Simplify cross-channel communication impressed me. This helped me manage and automate sales operations, speeding up my sales cycle. Creating custom fields for my needs was also helpful. I could simply organize my contacts with this versatility.

Inconvénients :

Sales Simplify many features might be intimidating, which I didn't enjoy. After a while, the gadget was straightforward to use.

Value for money - Sales Simplify

Avantages :

Sales Simplify is a powerful tool used monitor the real time sales activities effectively.

Inconvénients :

Everything is good except the import the data to excel is little complicated
