Commentaires : Sales Simplify has been a wonderful addition to our sales efforts. Thanks to it, we've been able to automate a lot of actions that we used to take manually. It's saved us at least 5 - 10 working hours per week, and it's saved us money thanks to the increase it brought in the number of touches we can now make inthe same time

Avantages :

I love the automation capabilities. We have about 40 - 50 workflows that send emails, move stages, create records and tasks, and a bunch of other things that we used to do manually. The ability to send automated follow up emails is particularly helpful for us

Inconvénients :

- The pricing is a bit high and we had a couple additional costs come up that we weren't anticipating- It doesn't have many plugins like other sales tools do

A limitation we have found is that after installation, integrating the software with other tools for enhanced outcomes can prove to be quite challenging

Commentaires : We are managing our workflow and sales over this tool over a year now and it's been a quite good experience so far. It is almost perfect in everything from importing lead contacts to work flow management, from interface to deal management, everything is fine for now. Even we are happy with the loads of customisations it provides.

Avantages :

We have been having a great experience with sales simplify. With the help of it our sales data have been far clearer than before. I like it's feature to import lead contacts in bulk at a single place and helps us to automate our processes at every stage of sales. It helps us from presenting a deal to the clients to close the deal, at every stage it has proved to be as good as possible. Even deployment was much easier for this tool, it took not more than a week to get our workflow started with it in full fledge. Customer team has been very helpful in nature so far.

Inconvénients :

There's not anything I dislike about it so far, but we needed a good pricing, it the price could be reduced a bit it would be very helpful.

In my case, I opted for the basic startup plan since it suits my needs and caters to my limited customer base.Customizing SalesSimplify software to cater to the unique needs of one's business, such as staying on task, organizing views and dashboards as a team and company, is effortless. It is undoubtedly the finest platform available.

Inconvénients :

In my opinion, the integration of WhatsApp is necessary but unfortunately, it is currently absent. It would make the sales process much smoother and more efficient. Nonetheless, I have received information that this integration will be available in the near future.

Avantages :

Everything! I have been using Sales Simplify for awhile and trust me, the experience has been wonderful! Not even a single complaint. I have worked as a consultant, customer success manager, and account manager, this is a tool that always comes in handy to understand your accounts in a seamless manner. I am honestly a fan of this kind of classic platform, very user-friendly. Very easy to navigate through different sections like opportunities, contacts, etc. Absolute bliss for sales people.

Inconvénients :

Nothing as of yet since I am getting everything I need.

Definitely try it out once

Avantages :

I recently tried Sales Simplify and was pleasantly surprised. They offer omni channel support for lead generation and the ability to personalise chatbots depending on target pages. This was a great help for my business as it allowed me to customise my messaging to fit the needs of my customers. The customer service was friendly and the process was straightforward. I highly recommend giving Sales Simplify a try!

It can easily manage the sales data and simplify it in terms of recency, monetary and frequency.

Inconvénients :

If you include the graph features and recommendations for what we do to increase sales.

Avantages :

The sales simplify helps to automate companies sales teams end to end operations . This improve the productivity of the team during both in pre and post sales process.

Inconvénients :

The documentation of the product could have been better . This will help us to ramp up the team quickly to familiarize with the product .

Simplicity tool to simplify your sales database

Commentaires : Helps me to utilize the data to enhance the broker engagement. The data is useful to select the right geography and target specific group.

Avantages :

It gives database based on user data than some vague computer based analytics

Inconvénients :

The tracking and automation can be improved for sending pre filled notifications and replies
