Indispensable au quotidien

Avantages :

Discord est pour moi un logiciel indispensable au quotidien ! Son interface et sa gestion de messagerie instantané permet de rester connecter avec mes différents collaborateurs et permet même de créer des serveurs privé pour partager des vocals, des fichiers, images, ou toute sorte d'information.

Inconvénients :

Je n'ai pas spécialement de points négatifs à donner pour Discord si ce n'est que le système de fonctionnalité peut être difficile à prendre en main puisqu'il faut ajouter des bots a nos différents discord qui ajouteront par eux mêmes les fonctionnalités recherchées.

L'évolution parfaite de Messenger + IRC + Teamspeak + Mumble tout en un !

Avantages :

Le plus appréciable est la qualité de connexion, l'absence de problèmes liés à la voix.

Inconvénients :

Aucun inconvénient à discord, tout est fait pour que les utilisateurs soient connectés très rapidement et sur toutes les plateformes.

J'utilise Discord de façon personnel pour partager des sessions de jeux vidéos avec des amis (vocal, messages) et comme outil de communication (forum, groupe de musique etc) J'aime de pouvoir l'utiliser sur pc ou sur téléphone En plus il est gratuit ! On peut faire beaucoup de choses : créer des salons/chat/groupe personnalisés reconnait automatique le jeux en cours le petit système pour voir qui prend la parole est top

Inconvénients :

Impossible d'uploader des fichiers volumineux (enregistrement audio, video ) Il peut être difficile à prendre en main au début

Pas de latence la voix et le son est précis même avec beaucoup de gens connectés c'est très fluide

Inconvénients :

L'UX est vraiment pas terrible certaines fonctionnalités sont complexes à trouver et pas intuitives.

Un bon logiciel autant pour le gaming que pour le professionnel

Le partage d'écran est qualitatif ainsi que la gestion des appels et visioconférence

On ne peut pas envoyer des fichiers trop volumineux

Le point négatif que j'ai rencontré concerne la qualité des vidéos lors des partages d'écran

Commentaires : Overall, Discord enables me to be more expressive when interacting with people - which makes me feel more included in the communities that I join in, and makes me feel more connected to other people in the servers that I manage.

Avantages :

Discord is the best app for joining or building communities, both as a user or an admin. Discord nitro and server boosting are amazing features that 10x your experience within Discord. Stickers and custom emojis can be used on different servers. The video and streaming quality is amazing.

Inconvénients :

One thing that's a bit of a bother is the fact that you can't minimize the channel/messages bar on the left side, which can be distracting when using the streaming feature. The only way to hide it is using the full-screen feature.

The main things that better works this software works perfectly, so as far as I am able to review, these features (voice chatting, screen sharing, etc.) have no failures or mistakes. Furthermore you can also make use of the premium mode, that improve theses functions.

There are little things that I might not like about Discord, there could be some undesired bugs, but these are minor things that should not really be taken into account.

Commentaires : I use Discord since 2016 and I had no problems with it. I was building communities, helping people setup their Discord Servers, and developing Discord Bots to automate the Moderation of the Servers. However, my account was banned stating 4 different non-related reasons. When I contacted support they basically said that they don't need to explain to me what is the reason for the ban, nor what will happen to my account, owned servers, and subscription. When I sent a ticket with the questions, they simply didn't answer it. My experience is simply personal, so yours can and must differ.

Avantages :

You can have the best Discord experience without digging into the app functionality too big. You can use it just for friend communications, community, and basically any other way depending on your Discord Server settings and layout

Inconvénients :

Security is a big concern right now. I would not recommend this app for companies to transfer important files and sensitive data. The security of communications and information transfer can be compromised by just simply setting up your Discord Server without experience or downloading malicious files or simply scanning a QR code

I love the UX/UI and also all the features you can get for free. I've used it for almost 5 years both as a pure client and admin of two communities and I have to say I will choose it anytime. Easy to use and easy to integrate with bots that can help to make your server more enjoyable.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the video and audio quality is not the best at all but there are some plans that can give you better quality.

Commentaires : I have used discord from everything from a small 10-30 group of friends just messing around and hanging out to an over 10,000 member military-sim community that hosted events and training virtually on various video games to helping consult and do freelance work with video game studios. The last five years of my professional and personal life has been on discord and I can't argue hard enough for how great it is.

Avantages :

Discord is extremely easy to use and easy to learn. This makes it great for new users to hop on. It also has a simple interface and great audio and video quality. Due to these features, plus the ability for text threads and comment history, it has much greater value than other services such as skype, meet, zoom, etc which are harder to run a large community or startup company in.

Inconvénients :

More functionality for subthreads and greater server organization (the left bar) would really improve the already great functionality of Discord.

Videos and images may be too large to send into a channel due to the 8 MB file upload limit, which I believe shouldn't be behind a paywall. There simply aren't enough features in Discord Nitro yet to make the cost worthwhile. I also think there needs to be an improvement in the quality of the user interface, especially for mobile. I've encountered numerous bugs while image caching, editing my profile, and using servers on mobile.
