C'est un outil super cool pour publier sur vos différents comptes de médias sociaux. Cela rend tout plus facile, tout ça à partir de votre téléphone . Aller de compte en compte sans difficulté . Booster les publications plus facilement monétiser ces pages. Les avantages sont très très nombreuses

Avantages :

C’est le réseau social que j’ai le plus utilisé. Facebook me permet de communiquer facilement avec mes amis, de publier mes photos et des annonces.

Inconvénients :

Facebook est un bon produit que j’apprécie énormément surtout qu’on peut se connecter en mode gratuit mais, nous rencontrons souvent certains cas d’arnaque sur ce réseau social que Facebook n’arrive pas à contrôler correctement.

Commentaires : Plutôt très bonne. C est très intuitif et pratique. Cela permet aussi de détacher le côté pro du côté perso! Disons que je trouve ça beaucoup mieux structuré que le compte FB personnel par exemple.

Le fait de pouvoir plannifier ses publications est très importante pour moi. Le fait de pouvoir suivre d'autres pages également ainsi que les suggestions de FB en fonction de la nature de ma page pro et de mes envies!

Avantages :

Business Suite is a great tool for every Facebook page owner. It offers a clean, modern-looking dashboard that is full of all kinds of information such as a quick overview of the latest posts, how big was the reach, how many people were engaged, commented, and a lot more. My favorite features are Planner and Insights. The planner gives you a nice calendar view where you can easily see the whole picture much easier, schedule your posts for later, and manage running ads and dual publishing on a connected Instagram account which is a nice time-saving feature. What I like about Insights is that there are some nice graphs representing your audience and you can even monitor your competitors and how many new likes they got in some time, how many posts they created, and so on

Inconvénients :

All those features are nice to have but I experienced a lot of time slowness in the whole dashboard and a lot of waiting for the load to complete. Also, I must mention that Facebook (Meta) loves changing stuff regularly and that can cause some features to disappear without proper notice or given alternatives. When something breaks you get a generic error message. I tried contacting support a few times and although they were fast on response time, they weren't of much help.

Commentaires : I love it. I use it daily and I like being able to manage and switch between all the profiles I help admin. I just recently helped a friend get the business suite app on his phone so that he could better market his own business.

I really love how I can switch between business pages that I manage. I also like that I can do this on my phone.

Inconvénients :

One issue I have is that oftentimes, if I try to comment or like something as my self, I have been changed to the page admin. Not a big issue, but I have seen other page admins have trouble with this.

FB Business Suite has incredible functionality, once you learn how to use it. But the learning curve is fairly brutal and nonintuitive, especially once you start trying to do more advanced work (getting assets from the Business Manager to the subaccounts for the first time will give you a migraine).

Inconvénients :

It is not intuitive, at all. For a multi-billion dollar company, you'd think Facebook could put some more thought into UI design, usability, and making all the different aspect work together more smoothly.

I have found it changes often, and it can be frustrating to re-learn. It happens enough to where it sometimes feels annoying, but once you get used to it, I forget about the previous version.

They is no specific feedback why ads get rejected, so you can spend a lot of time and money with creative and copy to get a broad response. Also, the amount of spam that is on Facebook is crazy and wish Facebook was doing more to prevent that.

Good program but use in conjunction with others

Commentaires : Use it all the time with very little issue. Good but not great. Certain aspects are very good but partnering it up with a program like Hey Orca makes for the best experience.

Has very good reporting and scheduling tool is easy to use.

Can be a little cumbersome to use. Scheduling for example I would use other programs such as Hey Orca. Very good reporting system though and great at managing multiple accounts. So the best case is to partner it with other software to make foe the best experience.
