Great eCommerce Product - Easy to use

Commentaires : From duplicating sites, launching our products in to marketplaces (eBay, Catch, Kogan and Amazon), creating personalisations and other custom features, Commerce Vision have been able to assist me in completing all projects. The support team are always there to answer questions, making it really easy for me to manage & enhance the multiple websites we have hosted by Commerce Vision.

Avantages :

The team! The support staff and developers at Commerce Vision are always helpful and offer great solutions to any extra, out of the box features I may require. The widgets and knowledge base makes it really easy to be able to edit my website in the CMS and make changes without the need for support.

Inconvénients :

Due to our ERP system, it can sometimes be a bit tricky to find an 'easy' solution to integrating certain data to our website. However, the team at Commerce Vision have always assisted and found a way.

Commentaires : Fantastic business to deal with who employee great people. They have decades of experience that really shows in their ability deliver on their promises. Would highly recommend.

Avantages :

We were promised a highly integrated B2B platform and we were not disappointed. The main draw-card was integration with our existing ERP but were blown away with how highly integrated it was! B2B features offered I saw no where else in the market and working closely with the Commerce Vision we managed to customised a few aspects to suite our specific workflow which resulted in massive benefits.

Inconvénients :

I have not come across anything missing from the platform and when we did have specific business needs Commerce Vision had a solution for everything.

We were looking for Pronto ERP integration

Commentaires : Overall the Commerce Vision solution has met the needs of our business, with two websites currently built on the platform. Pronto ERP integration is the key for our company.

Avantages :

Relatively easy to use, integrates with Pronto ERP, has many different features to choose from.

Inconvénients :

Out of the box platform means there are some limitations but developemnt work is usually an option to tailor requirements for your business.

Commerce Vision the one stop for Pronto ERP to web integration

Commentaires : Commerce Vision have a great understanding of their product and how it integrates with our data. No problems are too hard for them to fix. The support is also top class.

Avantages :

The platform integrates tightly with our Pronto ERP system. Following all of our native business rules already established in our ERP make the customer experience consistent. This also makes management of the whole web channel simple.

Inconvénients :

There are so many features available it is difficult to decide on which ones to take advantage of.

B2B eCommerce that works seamlessly with Pronto

Commentaires : Commerce Vision have been a valued partner providing a seamlessly integrated solution with custom features for our B2B eCommerce needs.

Avantages :

The integration and available customisation of this B2B solution that integrates with our Pronto ERP system. No matter what extra features we need, even the ability to "draw" a plan on screen of the dimensions and selected options, Commerce Vision have been able to provide a solution.

Inconvénients :

Unable to make a change on stage site and then push through to "live" without the need to repeat the change in both sites. Difficult to view the sales history and check order details of any customers as an administrator.

Integration was a challenge, but supported well by the CV team, great to deal with and very knowledgeable We have so much scope to continually improve and offer so much more than our competitors.

Commentaires : The reason for writing this survey is to recognise the quality support provided by the Commerce Vision support team. My experience has always been positive. Whenever a call is logged, a swift response is received and if escalation is needed, the team surpasses my expectations. It is just great customer service.

Avantages :

Our Commerce Vision B2B Software integrates seamlessly with our Pronto ERP.

Inconvénients :

Being already fully integrated means some subsequent customisations in the ERP need to be duplicated/adjusted in the Commerce Vision platform to work. This increases the implementation cost of the ERP customisation.

Commentaires : Using Commerce Vision gave us an easy path to online access for our end users. Feedback from users has been very positive.
Package features is high and the support received from Commerce Vision during implementation and daily running to date has been of a high standard.
