Avantages :

I am a WordPress user, so my previous experience was limited to WordPress formbuilder Plugins and Google Forms. I never was quite happy with the Wordpress Plugins I tried. With Formaloo I am actually satisfied though. I don't use their WordPress Plugin but embed it through their Iframe which works quite well. Many times, I link to the standalone forms, too. So, there is a solid amount of flexibility for different usecases. I like that. The mobile App is something nice to have, too. The functions of the form itself including statistics are more or less the same as compared to the competition. All I need for the moment.

Inconvénients :

I like the idea of the presentation mode - however, they need to add the possibility to access the survey with a specific QR code (similar to how kahoot and ngage.ai's presentation mode work). During presenting, there is no time to send a link to participants. Thus, as long there is no QR code for them to click on, I won't really use this feature.

Formaloo? Can do, but with a grain of salt

Commentaires : Formaloo does oversell their product a little. Its not truly a no-code development platform, for instance: what you can do is build forms and ways to display form data. Most of the promises made by the marketing are true, but you'll have to be creative to achieve some of the results that are promised.

Avantages :

I like the mindset behind the app: take traditional forms and re-imagine how you could use the data. This is why the team bills Formaloo as a no-code builder (which it really isn't): because your form data can be piped around the Formaloo ecosystem in really interesting ways. The dashboard for managing submissions is quite impressive.

Inconvénients :

I both like and dislike the fact that Formaloo focuses on doing important things, even if they do them badly. They seem to prioritize features over flawless execution.

I've never met a team and a product that exhausted my patience like this!

Commentaires : It was promising at the beginning allowing me to hope this will help our business take a leap forward but instead this has frustrated us to no ends.

Avantages :

This is undoubtedly a powerful software but only and I mean ONLY when it works. The potential is there but the execution and the required support aren't there yet.

The software is definitely impressive and has a lot of potential, but I would caution to only invest in it if this ISN'T a critical piece of your business operations.My Experience: 1. I recently began using Formaloo with high expectations of its ability to create powerful and useful forms. I was excited by its vast array of features and options and thought I had stumbled across a great tool. However, my excitement was short-lived as I began creating my forms. Almost every form I created had an unforeseen bug or issue. I can't even publish or use my forms because it's unusable to anyone using it. I believe the product is potentially great, but the unreliability of the forms I created leads me to suggest that Formaloo is best avoided until its buggy issues can be resolved.2. I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company's customer service, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Their support system is completely disorganized and they are completely unsympathetic to their customers who are trying to get their issues resolved. The response time is also laughable at best. It's clear to me that this company does not value its customers or their time, and I would not recommend you rely on them to solve your issues.3. At 4 attempts out of 4, you've reached a familiar yet exasperating place - you've created 4 Formaloo using the platform and all 4 have considerable bugs. You wonder why you even bother. You've paid

Amazing tool for any business!

Avantages :

Formaloo had made creating forms, campaign automations, and the overall growth of the business very simple. Simplicity is key and it’s a purchase I don’t regret making!

Inconvénients :

So far I have not encountered any cons about my time working with Formaloo!

Excellent Forms Software

Commentaires : My experience has been great. Everything is laid out well and produces professional output.

Avantages :

I like the ease in creating complex forms for my clients to fill out. The forms are easy to build and look professional to my clients.

Inconvénients :

There are a few funky layout issues with the multiple choice options, but not a deal breaker.

There is always a new option to get a better result, Formaloo is not the exception

Commentaires : I have to say that overall we are satisfied with the product and are looking forward to what the future has to bring. We are now exploring the avenue of developing our own no code platforms which is something we had not considered in the past.

Avantages :

The easy flow to generate anything! We started with some data capture forms, transitioned into quizzes and are currently looking into developing a no code solution for faith-based online ministry management.

Inconvénients :

Like with any starting organizations, there are growing pains, I believe there is room for improvement in their support side. I am not going to say they are terrible but there is certainly room for things to fall through the cracks.

Efficient and Customizable Forms with Formaloo

Avantages :

Extremely user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to get started right away. The customer support team has also been fantastic, providing quick and helpful guides to what I need. What I love most about Formaloo is the level of customization it offers. We got started with using the no-code platform for the forms within a week - where it would have taken us a few weeks to build on our own.

Inconvénients :

I have nothing to complain or mention. If I must mention something - some buttons/features may need time to find but it's hidden somewhere. But the customer support is always there to make sure we can find what we need.

Fantastic all round form builder that isn't CMS dependant

Commentaires : We have been using Formaloo in our agency for 6 months now and we have used it for pre-meeting questionnaires, feedback forms, data gathering for new website content as well as teaching clients how to run their own surveys.

Avantages :

The program is easy to use with a huge range of templates out of the box. However the thing that I like most about the software is how you can connect each individual form to a subdomain or embed each form on any website (similar to embedding a YouTube video). This allows for total flexibility when running surveys or questionnaires across various clients.

Inconvénients :

Some of the advanced survey fields are missing but that is such a minor issue

Collecting data doesn't have to be boring!

Commentaires : Overall, I really like Formaloo because the forms are so customizable and the support you get from them if you have a problem is very good too.

Avantages :

The form builder really does have every feature you need to set up forms to collect all the data you need in way that is unique to whatever you're using it for. I also really like the the ability to customize not only the form, but also the branding of the forms with your own domains and / or cname.I also like the fact that they put out ideas for you on their YouTube channel, to use their product in ways that you may not have thought of.

Inconvénients :

The dashboard and UI are somewhat difficult to use, though once you get used to where all the features and controls are located, it's not that big of a deal.

A good Typeform alternative

Commentaires : For me Formaloo is a great survey tool that I can offer to my customer. My customer can login to the form and see all report. If they eant they can also update the form.

Avantages :

Ease of use to customize the form, integration with google sheet, the logic, calculator

Inconvénients :

The ui is a little bit not up to date, they can improve it.

Really Great Product For Many Uses

Commentaires : Overall, it was good. I plan to use more with my real estate business to help may filling out questionnaires easier for my clients.

Avantages :

I like the templates and the ease of use. I used it first for a 3-part ministry event and It has worked very well. It also saved me a lot of time in making sure materials went to the correct registrants.

Inconvénients :

I duplicated one of the forms I already made and used. Formaloo also duplicated the responses and all of the data, which was a pain because I changed some of the form questions. It would be good to give an option of duplicating "just the form" or "the form and its responses/contents". This was my first time using this feature so now I know it's best to duplicate a form I already made before I sent it to my audience, so that there are no responses. I am not sure if Formaloo integrates with Sendfox or TidyCal (calendar) yet. If so, that is a plus.

Helpful and easy to use for building custom tools like CRMs and dashboards

Feature packed and easy to use form builder

Avantages :

The form templates provided are pretty easy to reuse and optimizable for the preferred use cases. I like that there is an option to customize the form url with cname. The UI is easy to use, I was able to get started with making forms easily when I first started using it. I have got stripe payments via the form, it generates an order id for payment. You can customize in setting to send notification mail or not and can choose mail where you will receive responses. The look and feel of the forms are pretty modern and if you use the tool well you can create very impressive and beautiful forms. I like that they provide different options on how you can embed the form on your website.

Inconvénients :

There are many editing options but I observed that on average if a form is big and has many data options/questions it loads slow, like over 5 seconds sometimes. I really hope they resolve this asap. Adding a high definition background image for a form is possible but it makes your form load time very slow. As a suggestion, I hope they add a share form link as a shortcut button under the form dashboard where all forms are listed.

It is Resourceful

Commentaires : It feels well thought out and quite ambitious as it tries to provide tons of templates for diverse industry use cases, multiple deployment possibilities and extensive customizations including custmizing URL slug, domain name, logos and other such branding features. It is also the first forms/survey builder whose logic / conditions I found easy to use. This is because it offers a flowchart visualization of the survey which I haven't found in solutions I have used in the past. Its advance logic is easy to setup. I presume it will compete fairly with some of the solutions that have existed longer.

Avantages :

My biggest satisfaction with Formaloo is that I can use it as a workbook for trainees, because respondents can receive a copy of their response via email. This wasn't available in a previous solution I used. I also like the vast collection of templates.

Inconvénients :

The UI looks quite barebones and unfinished, which can cost Formaloo business because new users may interpret that as the solution being an immature one. I tried it out first time because I trusted the community that recommended it, else I might have underrated it. I am very happy with it though, so I hope they polish the UI soon enough to not lose them prospective customers.

Formaloo is an exceptional piece of software

Commentaires : Having good looking forms what were white labeled was hard to come by without spending an arm and a leg, but Formaloo solves this problem, at a very great price

Avantages :

The product is exceptionally easy to use, with great customer support. Features are being continuously released, which is great to see. The forms are beautiful and very intuitive, on mobile of web. The data collection part is top-notch. I absolutely love that the forms are white labeled and hosted on my own domain using the CNAME option.

Inconvénients :

They are missing out on having support for RTL languages and their integrations are a bit shaky. I believe it will be improved!

What I have been looking for

Avantages :

- The ability to embed forms on any site - unlimited amount of forms - the ability to use for client sites and have their submissions emailed to them as they allow for different emails for each address - great UI and drag and drop builder - the free version is pretty powerful and allows you to test its validity before buying - demo with team was helpful in answering my advanced questions - simple interface - presentation mode seems to offer some great insight abilities for the future

Inconvénients :

- lack of ability to change fonts and have more design capabilities within the forms, but I am told this will change in the near future.

Intuitive Forms Builder

Commentaires : I like having Formaloo to build surveys and application forms to improve the efficiencies in my business and save me time.

Avantages :

I was looking for a way to build forms that didn't involve me knowing code. I found Formaloo and had my first form built within 15 minutes. I find it very intuitive to use the form builder and implement it where I need it on my websites, in social media, and even as a link in my email signature.

Inconvénients :

I ran into some technical difficulties after I did an upgrade. It didn't want to run on any browser except Safari. Once I got that sorted out, things were fine again.

Amazing form tool for a low price

Commentaires : Formaloo is a great new product that evolves exponentially. They are client-centered and have an open roadmap, which makes me trust this new kid on the block rather than those who used to be cool a few years ago. The support experience is great as well - tested by 2 persons on my team which assisted over the weekend.

Avantages :

I love the fact you can build simple and advanced forms easily, and embed them in various ways on your website. Logic, calculation, payment integration allows implementation of various use cases from onboarding, engagement and payment forms. Custom domains without formaloo branding are a plus, I already sent demos to a couple of clients and it makes the difference when presenting ideas.

Inconvénients :

The form UX itself is not there yet - but improving rapidly - so I trust the team to improve the product. There are quite a few hiccups while loading the forms and I hope the team will fix those soon: - CSS may load after the content, resulting in clunky redraws - The content loads after the "continue" button, so it seems like the form is empty. - Editing responses has a strange flow, you have to re-take the form and sometimes it doesn't load the first option. Overall I'm sure everything will be fixed, it's a matter of prioritization.

THE MOST FLEXIBLE FORM BUILDER that Ive been looking for my whole life!

Avantages :

Besides all the other bells and whistles of a form builder. Best feature would be lookup fields to other forms and even more exciting its upcoming feature of the field lookup that could directly connect to other databases! Give them a few years it will be very unique. The development team works very fast too! Not to mention custom PDFs and other amazing features coming soon.

Inconvénients :

At current is just the UI is abit too " all over the place" would be nice if they have a UI upgrade. but of course , important features first! Only thing is that I hope they will be able to deliver as promised. and also find a good way to get recurring revenue plans.

Best form software

Avantages :

We've tried a lot of other form software and this one is the best, don't look elsewhere. It has high-end templates and looks great for the user experience.

Inconvénients :

None - this does everything we need for our clients.

Awesomeloo

Fast & Responsive - Super alternative to the current giant competitors - A good contender

Avantages :

The intuittive features (like Logic, Form Elements, Database, etc.) when creating the form seemed interesting and leave an impression when compared to other platforms. A lot more features included for 'Limitless possibilities' in creating great & feature-rich forms, yet fast & intuitive.

Inconvénients :

Not found as of now. But polishing point of view it requires more stabilization. Expecting features that can make platform more intuitive and feature-rich than that of current giants.

Really a great tool with huge functionality

Commentaires : Really, Formaloo solves so many problems for me. Especially in regard to hosting forms and data while still complying to GDPR. But there is so much more - the functionality is huge and I'm really happy that I found it. While I was looking on the roadmap, many of the functions (like Google fonts support) already have been implemented.
It's one of the tools that lets me think about new ideas and how to get the most out of it - before I didn't even think about some usecases.

Avantages :

Formaloo is easy to set up, easy to style and easy to implement. It is GDPR-ready which is super important for most of my usecases. The functionality is huge, you can build forms, quizzes, surveys and more within a couple of minutes with conditional logic inside. You also have a broad range of options for implementation in your website (iframe, script, embed, link).

Inconvénients :

In my optinion the graphical user interface is too playful - its clean and intuitive but there could be more layout structure too it. And to be honest, most of this is caused by the used font of the interface.

Great form builder with incredible potential. It still needs some refinements.

Commentaires : I'm really satisfied with Formaloo, and I believe that its value will skyrocket. I already plan to use it for a side business I'm building since it's super easy to deploy.

Avantages :

It's easy to use and has a great pricing model. It has every feature an advanced form builder should have. It is still some minor refinements from a UX perspective, but it's perfect for deploying an advanced form or a basic web app (something like a calculator or a quiz). You can even pay a one-time fee and export the code as a mobile app. I've not tested this feature yet, but the whole system is promising.

Inconvénients :

The major problem, in my opinion, is the limited UI customization. It's almost impossible to customize the forms, so I prefer to use Formaloo on the backend of my services since I can't adapt it to my brand identity.

Formaloo is a Fantastic Form Builder and So Much More

I like how easy it is to set up forms and surveys. Plus, they make it really easy to customize the entire look. Filling out the forms is a great experience for users as well.

Inconvénients :

The one downside that I've found is when it comes to viewing the results. Sometimes it is tricky to look through and analyze the data. However, they do have graphs and charts to break things down which is a bonus.
