> **Avantages**: The people and support are top notch. The features are all very appropriate for our firm size and practical.

> **Inconvénients**: Perhaps no ACH for payment (Canadian). Perhaps no way of assessing workflow to show up on calendar until assigning to an individual. Also, not aware of any reports that tie to workflow, hard to tell our staffing, or assessment against budget by WF.

Every time I have a question the support team is super responsive and helpful. The implementation was so great, unlike our past tries with other companies - those were disasters.

> The easiest transition we have had to a new time \& billing software. We tried 2 other BIG named software companies and they were disasters\!\! Their customer service was horrible and we were left very dissatisfied.
