You even have the option to get a debit card to simplify things even more. If you are sent money you can deposit it into whatever account &/or debit card connected to your cash app account. With direct deposit you really do get your money early, even over the weekend unlike most

If you change your phone # connected to your cash app account, there's little chance to get back into your account. Customer service is terrible, too. Despite numerous in-app messages plus emails & phone conversations, the support staff never had all the information prior to each response. One communication would have them saying it was possible to retrieve a previous account while the next communication for the same issue would have them saying there's no way to recover an older account even if it had balance still

Commentaires : They are lying how can you deposit money but can't withdrawal money. My husband has money come up missing from his account all the time. Plus the STRIKE APP does the same stuff and it has better security it takes 2 days to get approved but that's only because they're verifying to you so stop downloading cash app download strike.

I don’t have very much to say in this area, as I never had an issue with this app. But with hearing about others experience I will say having a security policy in place when sometimes money being sent to the wrong person might add an addition layer to get more ppl to make this their primary way of payments / banking

Truly cashing out with Cash App!

Commentaires : I love this app honestly. It's secure, quick, and so easy to set up. Once I had to make a payment in less than a minute. it was so easy to add the person as a recipient. We were able to order food from the restaurant before they closed. Venmo is terrible. Once Venmo kept money I sent my girlfriend in the ether for 3 days. She literally had to call and they completed the transfer. It was for $900, so needless to say I would have been livid if this money dissapeared.

Avantages :

How simple it was to send money to new people. I use Zelle often, and honestly the only reason I use zelle is because they don't take a portion of the funds. But it often messes up. Sometimes zelle takes days to process. You can actually rely on Cash App.

Inconvénients :

I had an issue one time changing the debit card I had linked to the app. After a few weeks it corrected itself. Other than that I haven't any gripes with it.

Commentaires : when I did have an account, I found it very easy to use. I would not invest any crypto or stocks because there is no way to know if you really own those assets. It was great to use for quick transactions to relatives.

I did not appreciate the ability that other users could request money, and the request square from that stranger asking for money would sit there until I responded or denied. At times i would accidently press the send button to that stranger that I never meant to send an ok of accepting transfer. Also the news didn't ensure quality protection from all of the hacker news about this App. Nevertheless to have your account dissolved from under nose because of wifi signal issues from the bank red flagging the activity and closing the app quickly.

CashApp - is it better?

Commentaires : I use cash app from time to time to transfer moneys moneys to companies for bill payment or to purchase items or sometimes to send money to family.

Avantages :

I like that cash app is widely used by a lot of my clients and friends and colleagues as well as family members so most people are familiar with it and know how to use it

I dislike that sometimes it's not compatible with everybody's software and can be a little bit complicated at times to maneuver through this systems

Useful cash card

Commentaires : I usually carry cash on me for spending, I like cash app for the purpose of online purchases and contactless pay. It has replaced my debit card for most things, I preload it every payday and only spend what I have budgeted for myself in cash app.

Avantages :

I use this card as well as my husband, I love that we can pre load it with our spending money and transfer to each other when needed. We keep our finances seperate this way and can limit how much we are spending on fast food and frivolities.

Inconvénients :

I have had to transfer money back into my bank account and I don't love how much time it has to hold the money before it gets put back into my bank account.

One of the most used payment apps out there

Commentaires : I think I use cash app to transfer money more than any other service when all is said and done, so it would be nice if the cons I mentioned would be attended to. Also, for some reason, many people complain that if they get paid with cash app they get charged a fee to withdraw, so they don't like to use it. I try to explain that they can use the cash back feature at a drugstore or grocery store and just buy some small thing and not be charged a fee, but I suppose they don't want to have to go shopping and would prefer an atm.

Avantages :

Most people have an account so I can get paid and pay out easily. It streamlines fairly easily with most other payment apps too- so I'm able to transfer regularly from Paypal or Venmo or my Varo online bank account. Transfers have always been instant except for one time the site was down for a few hours, and I was able to check that online to see the progress.

Inconvénients :

If sending to someone for the first time, you can't use the desktop site but are required to use the app on a phone, and there have been times that was an inconvenience. Also, it would be nice if it were easier to use the routing and account numbers as bank info. Not everyone accepts the cash app debit card for some reason. Occasionally I have wanted to connect this app but couldn't, so I had to use a middleman like venmo or paypal or an online bank account and then transfer from there. Also I don't like that you can only attach one card. I'd prefer to be able to add several.

A must have for ALL

Offers many options to add cash to your account as well as transfer to your other accounts, adding tremendous value to the usefulness and practicality of the App. Transactions are completed almost instantly with the least amount of fees assessed when compared to other competitor Apps.

Inconvénients :

Solid security measures with policies or protocols to protect their Users in the event of fraudulent activity are not one of their strong selling points. Customer service has improved, however responses are very much still untimely, without any guarantees to specific times and resolutions to issues are a hit and miss. There is no formal process to file a claim, except through their chat sessions, which can be lengthy since replied correspon may come from a different customer service each time.

An Awesome Platform To Get And Receive Money In Many Forms!

Commentaires : Overall I'm really happy to use Cash App! For my business we often collect payments this way, and on the personal side I sometimes use it with family and friends. It's an amazing looking platform, and one I would definitely recommend utilizing for a small business! They also have a lot of crypto options which is great, and I can see this growing in the future. The thing I like most about Cash App is the great looking interface, and ability to send money to a wide array of places and people. It probably has the best user experience of any payment app that I've seen. It's overall very easy to use and has a wide number of users, which makes it easy to find your friends.

Inconvénients :

The thing I like least about Cash App is that sometimes transfers can take a decent amount of time to get to your bank account. It's just a little slower than Venmo or Paypal. This isn't a huge deal, but it's something to be aware of.

It's my money and I need it now

Commentaires : My overall experience with this software is pretty good, not many complaints just don't hit return funds option if you need to return the payment, just enter in the amount you want to send back and pay it to them that way, it could be just me but Cash App will take your money if you let them lol.

Avantages :

I love how easy to use this product is, you just send the funds and that's it, it's not too much hassle. I like that if I don't have my card on me and I left the one I need at home or in my car, I can just add cash from that card to the Cash App account, unlink that card I don't have with me and add the new card on file in my "Linked Banks" and transfer the money on the new card I have with me so I won't have to go back for the other card. I love how it shows my transactions history and I can just scan their cashtag to pay them.

Inconvénients :

They definitely need a "Cash loading at a store" option for users in the south. I heard they have it up north but they definitely need it out here in Texas. They need more security protection for their users as well. I don't keep a lot of cash in my Cash App account for that reason being of so many hackers/ scammers snatch the cash out the account as if it was theirs to spend and there's no way to tell how to get it back. Cash App won't usually reimburse you if the funds get lost or stolen. That's something they could work on.

I don’t think there’s really much besides customer service that needs to be made better and that the ability to commit fraud is really easy and it’s impossible to get your money back
