Commentaires : J'utilise Google Keep pour la saisie rapide de notes, pour ne pas avoir à saisir des informations dans un fichier word. Cela me permet aussi de conserver des liens que j'utilise souvent comme les liens de mes réseaux sociaux par exemple.

Avantages :

La facilité d'utilisation et de mise en place des notes. Le fait de pouvoir partager une note et inviter des collaborateurs.

Inconvénients :

Les fonctions proposées restent basiques. Il serait utile de pouvoir ajouter des notes audio plus faciles à utiliser.

Simple mais incomplet pour un usage poussé

Commentaires : Utilisé quotidiennement via appli (pour le perso) et page web pour le pro.Utilisation simple et rapide Toutes les notes sont retrouvées rapidement grâce au compte g mail peu importe d'où on les consultes.

Avantages :

- Possibilité de créer des to do listes.- Facilité d'utilisation- Intégration d'images et documents dans les notes- Fonction recherche appréciable- Synchronisation sur plusieurs terminaux

Inconvénients :

- Notes partagées entre plusieurs utilisateurs gmail : synchronisation parfois très longue : plusieurs jours des fois, ce qui est un gros inconvénient notamment sur liste de courses / to-do listes collègues-Pas de possibilité de classer les notes par dossiers / thèmes

Commentaires : Je m'en sers pour partager une liste de courses avec ma femme.
Et professionnellement pour noter toutes sortes de listes d'idées, et les ordonner

Avantages :

Sa simplicité d'autant qu'il est naturellement intégré à tout compte Google. Ce sont des listes de notes, rien de plus, mais ça le fait avec excellence

Inconvénients :

Eu parfois des soucis de synchronisation non expliqués avec des notes partagées

Commentaires : Google Keep helps me to stay organized with lists, especially to-do lists. This is essential for the way that I run my business. I take down everything that needs to be done in google keep, utilize the checkbox features which allows you to slide items up and down in order in a list. That allows me to prioritize the items on my list. After prioritizing my list, I can schedule each item as an appointment in my google calendar.

Avantages :

What I like most about Google Keep is its ease of use. When using Keep it is very easy to catch onto how to use it. The UI puts everything front and center, making it easy to find the most used features in every scenario. I also love that Keep is available anywhere I have an internet connection. The app is on my phone, my iPad and my laptop.

Inconvénients :

What I like least about Google Keep is that it does not file notes into folders. Generally, folders can help create a cleaner UI , where as having every note show up on the main screen of the app can feel cluttered and overwhelming at times.

Commentaires : I have been using Google Keep for a few years now and it's going to remain my favorite and go-to no frills note taking software. It is also absolutely free to use!

Avantages :

I love that Google Keep is free and can be easily integrated with other Google suite softwares. It is easy to use to take quick notes and/or to create a to-do list with dateline reminders.

Inconvénients :

For my needs, there isn't any features about Google Keep that I dislike or am missing. I decided with Google Keep after having looking into several other softwares and am currently quite satisfied with it.

Easy and simple tool but valuable

Avantages :

Organized. Easy to use. All your notes can be written and combined into lists, and it can be used in blogging and business management. I also used it to write down my notes and replaced it with paper notes.. Easy and simple application that can be used without the Internet

Inconvénients :

It's really hard to give this thing a tip because the name says it all, Google indicates that it's designed for note-taking, and it does it perfectly. No matter where you take your notes, you can access them from anywhere if you connect to your Google account. It's not the best when it comes to task management or project management, but that's not what the app was designed for either

What a strange little product--but I use it every day

Commentaires : Keep really doesn't know what it wants to be -- a to do list, a stick notes app, or a web clipper to compete with Evernote, or what? All I know is that it's pervasive across all my devices and installed on my Pixel phones, so it's super handy and the default when I need to get something out of my head, so despite all these short-comings, I still use it and will "keep" using it (haha, sorry for the pun).

Avantages :

Keep is dead simple. Write a note, maybe make it a list or add a picture. No learning curve, no saving, no files or folders. You can add colors or labels if you like, but what I love most is the powerful search built in that instantly brings up one of my hundreds of notes, even archived ones. I do use the colors as well with a pretty deep system of categories, but I ran out of colors for new categories a long time ago because of the limited number of choices.

Inconvénients :

Keep drives me crazy. New features are very rare. You can't even do rich text formatting! Lists are totally inflexible other than simple indentation for a pseudo subtask motif.

Google keep is perfect for taking notes not the best for task management

Commentaires : I'm a very big Google fan and love their ecosystem that includes Google keep. I will continue to use Google keep for all my note needs and can't wait to see what else Google can come up with

Avantages :

Google keep is one of those pieces of software that you cannot live without if you are part of the Google ecosystem. It is integrated with all the other applications they offer and that makes everything so seamless

Inconvénients :

It's hard to really give this thing a con because it says right in the name Google notes it's created for taking notes and it does that perfectly. No matter where you take your note if you're connected to your Google account you'll be able to access that from anywhere. It's not the best when it comes to task management or project management but again that's not what the app is designed for

Fast and sure way to keep notes

Commentaires : I use Google Keep to keep my important information which I know I would need to bring out quickly when needed.

Avantages :

I like it because it has labels which help me to organize my work, just as I would with folders. It is also easy to collaborate with other contacts by simply adding an email address to the note being edited. The syncing speed is also perfect.

Inconvénients :

Google keep has no option to add a checklist within a note. If I do, all the notes become a checklist. I would suggest that the checklist should not be entered as a separate entry but rather as a list within a typed note. It would be convenient that way.

Avantages :

It is simple and it does what it intended to do, for notes. I like the checklist where it shows a slashed text for the things that you already have done.

Inconvénients :

It is too plain looking. Putting a bit of design or feature will make this better.

Keep it everywhere!

Commentaires : I have been using this for over 5 years and cannot think of life with out this. It has made it easier to track shopping lists, keep sensitive data stored, share lists of data with my coworkers and to track daily tasks in a simplified way.

Avantages :

It's a great way to take your notes, save important data, make a shopping list or a simple task tracker. Available on every device you use your account with means you can keep up to date. It has a very simple and intuitive interface, you can collaborate with others and it integrates into Google Workspace or your personal account with other tools like Calendar and Docs. You can also set up reminders or alerts to notes allowing you to be on top of tasks.

Inconvénients :

If you keep a lot of notes, organization becomes an issue. You can drag and drop or pin items, but at some point you'll have to sort info.

My favorite memopad

Commentaires : It's a great way to save information. I use it to store almost anything, from a spontaneous idea to extremely sensitive information.

Avantages :

Google Keep looks trivial, but I find it very useful. A real online notepad. Do you have a piece of information, or an idea, that you'd like to remember later? just note it on Keep, and you're done. No need to click on a save button. And you can retrieve it anytime, anywhere.

Inconvénients :

For a cloud-based notebook, I don't find it secure enough. A PIN code lock, or fingerprint lock, would be ideal.

A fairly realiable system for taking notes and storing them over a long period of time..

Commentaires : I must admit that our general experience has been positive despite the negative things that I have mentioned previously, there are still things to improve within Google Keep as what I mentioned previously, the design of the notes has to be improved, so that the notes have a much more attractive and more colorful background, in addition, the transfer system of these notes has to be improved to facilitate sending them to specific people. Our general expxerience has been positive because day by day this platform helps us to takes notes within the company, we can write anythin in these notes and store them for later, in addition, we can add reminders to these notes to access them in an hour or specific date. I'm pleased with the general functionality of Google Keep, it is a fairly easy software to use and it connects immediately with my Google account, so there is no need to create any additional account in order to use the software.

Avantages :

The first thing that I like about Google Keep is that it allows me to make a much more complete note-taking, because this application allows me to insert images or videos in the note that I'm making at a specific moment, this helps the note be much more complete. Another thing that I like about Google Keep is that all the notes are stored in the Google cloud no matter how long it takes, for example, I can create a note and leave it there even more that five years, in the same way I will have access to that note wth all the information that was previously written, this is amazing since I can store information for a long time. I should also mention that I love the feature of adding tags to notes, because these tags help me find specific notes, I can add custom tags and it makes it so much easier for me to find notes for a specific topic.

Inconvénients :

The first thing I don't like about Google Keep is that in order to transfer one onf the previously described notes, you must transfer this note to Google documents, this way you can transfer a shared link to another person, it is not possible to transfer this note directly from the Google Keep app, and this is really annoying. Another thing that I do not like about this platform is that it is not possible to add a personalized design to the notes that you have written, you can only add a black backgroung or a white background to the notes, it is not possible to add your own design or a much more attractive design to the notes.

Commentaires : Overall it is great at what it is designed to do, but with more features it can be better

It's mobile app is excellent. Especially with the widget on the home screen of the phone, I can easily jot down my thoughts on the go. The seamless syncing with the desktop integration is also useful. The dashboard and search are very good too.

Inconvénients :

Needs more features and tools to let us better organize notes. With too many notes, everything starts to look like a mess. So like if we can group multiple notes together then that would be great

Avantages :

It is super fast to create a note and to have in all your devices. And it's free.

Inconvénients :

I don't like when I put a link in a note and google keep automaticaly creates a "bar" at the bottom of the note but also keeps the link in the middle of the text. I would be nice if you could select how you want you link to be displayed, like in Confluence.

What did I do before Keep?

Commentaires : Keep solves my problem of sticky notes everywhere, links saved to my desktop taking up space and forgetting where I put that ...

Avantages :

I started by writing a grocery list and now I use it for all kinds of portable sticky note type stuff. I save links, numbers, reminders, all kinds of stuff. I don't know what I did without it! I can set up a note, turn it into a reminder, share it, add an image. Just love it!

Inconvénients :

I use Keep with more than one Google profile. In cleaning up some confusion, I copied a note from one account to another, deleted the first one and then discovered that it deleted the one I copied. I fixed it and now I'm more careful about which account I put notes into.

The Best Cloud Base Note Application

Avantages :

Google Keep is the perfect all around note taking application that is based in the cloud and can be accessed on any computer or smart phone device. It stores very large notes, has terrific archival tools for unnecessary/older note threads and has so many customization options for anyone to enjoy for personal or organization reasons.

Inconvénients :

There has been known to be glitches from time to time (some have reported the cursor while on a phone to move to the bottom of the page), but overall it is very solid and easy to use.

Google does it best when it comes to Productivity or Content Management

Commentaires : I started note taking years ago with Google Keep before looking for more features in other apps but this has been my go-to for anything related to work.

Avantages :

The open canvas to track every bit of info especially if your are Google Workspace user. This could be the place to record every info that you think you have to come back and refer. The search is top notch and the integration with Google suite of apps is excellent

Inconvénients :

Acts buggy at times so not sure if it because of Chrome or the platform

Avantages :

I've been using google keep for many years now and there is no better way to take notes. Simple, very effective and without synchronization problems with all equipment.

Inconvénients :

The only negative point to point out is related to the visual aspect of the platform. I think they could improve.

Keep notes and set reminders made simple.

Avantages :

Never misplace your notes or forget important events ever again. Google Keep allows me to take notes, set reminders and organize my activities. It has a create checklist feature which gives the ability to tick task already completed and keep up with planned activities. My favorite feature is the location reminder where I grant GPS access to the software and it will send reminders whenever I get to the specified location. Other useful features include changing background, editing labels, inserting photos or even drawing a diagram. Awesome!

Inconvénients :

This software goes beyond just being a note taking event reminder software. I have no complains.

Handy tool for taking fast note

Avantages :

Google Keep is great! I love that it syncs across all my devices and has a simple interface. It also has many features for organizing and making lists that are easy to use.

Free and easy to use

Commentaires : I use Google Keep as a productivity tool to jot down notes and create a to-do list. It has a very simple UI and hence anyone can get started with Google Keep without any training.

Avantages :

1. Can be synced with your email and hence you can access Google Keep notes from any device wherein you are logged in. 2. A tile structure to look at all the notes in a single glance 3. Can give background colors for each note to group them together 4. You can pin important notes at the top

Inconvénients :

1. Cannot add audio notes 2. Although, you can upload images it is not possible to upload videos within the notes
