Avantages :

Je ne peux pas me passer de Google Keep, tous les jours je l'utilise pour récupérer des prises de notes, ou pour voir mes rappels. Je peux enregistrer des notes par la voix, mettre des images et on peut même dessiner. Génial.

Inconvénients :

Je ne trouve pas de point négatif de l'application.

Google Keep note simplifiée

Avantages :

Le fait de rédiger mes notes sous forme de liste et photo et surtout lorsque j'ai créé des rappels de mes notes importantes, en tout cas je recommande beaucoup

Inconvénients :

Le fait de ne pouvoir le faire vocalement mais sinon c'est la perfection

Utile afin de sauvegarder ses notes puis de les visionner sur n'importe quel device lié à son adresse gmail.

Inconvénients :

Je ne teste pas l'outil depuis assez longtemps pour trouver des points négatifs.

Google Keep conserve toutes mes idées

Commentaires : J'utilise Google Keep pour la saisie rapide de notes, pour ne pas avoir à saisir des informations dans un fichier word. Cela me permet aussi de conserver des liens que j'utilise souvent comme les liens de mes réseaux sociaux par exemple.

Avantages :

La facilité d'utilisation et de mise en place des notes. Le fait de pouvoir partager une note et inviter des collaborateurs.

Inconvénients :

Les fonctions proposées restent basiques. Il serait utile de pouvoir ajouter des notes audio plus faciles à utiliser.

Simple mais incomplet pour un usage poussé

Commentaires : Utilisé quotidiennement via appli (pour le perso) et page web pour le pro.Utilisation simple et rapide Toutes les notes sont retrouvées rapidement grâce au compte g mail peu importe d'où on les consultes.

Avantages :

- Possibilité de créer des to do listes.- Facilité d'utilisation- Intégration d'images et documents dans les notes- Fonction recherche appréciable- Synchronisation sur plusieurs terminaux

Inconvénients :

- Notes partagées entre plusieurs utilisateurs gmail : synchronisation parfois très longue : plusieurs jours des fois, ce qui est un gros inconvénient notamment sur liste de courses / to-do listes collègues-Pas de possibilité de classer les notes par dossiers / thèmes

Commentaires : Je m'en sers pour partager une liste de courses avec ma femme.
Et professionnellement pour noter toutes sortes de listes d'idées, et les ordonner

Sa simplicité d'autant qu'il est naturellement intégré à tout compte Google. Ce sont des listes de notes, rien de plus, mais ça le fait avec excellence

Inconvénients :

Eu parfois des soucis de synchronisation non expliqués avec des notes partagées

I can track progress by ticking in the box.
For editing purpose i can change backgrounds also.
Multiple devices login is very smooth, i can use my pixel phone and pc together or separate but result of real time sync is still same.

Avantages :

For taking Note and making To do list, Google keep is very Easy well known solution. Which is free and comes with google ecosystem. Means i can easily use it and integrate with other google services for free. Sharing also very easy here. When i need to take notes of any activity, simply i go in keep and write it. Real time synchronization is top notch,I can check from any devices from anyWhere.

Inconvénients :

Right now it free, so i Don't have any complain about it. But they can introduce some more custom modifications in files.

Avantages :

I use Google Keep for fast note-taking on the go. I often use the microphone to leave myself voice to text messages and reminders. This is by far my favorite feature. I also really like the instant sync with all of my devices. I can check my notes on all of my devices.

Inconvénients :

It doesn't have a lot of formatting options for note-taking.

Avantages :

I love taking notes daily. Check boxes notes and colour coding my notes were probably what I liked most about Google Keep.

Inconvénients :

Recently I have switched to samsung notes as there was an issue with using the phone keyboard in Google Keep. I did some research and found other users having this issue. The autocorrect would not work properly. Prior to that I would use Google Keep notes every day.

Commentaires : Google Keep is a complex yet simple to use note taking app. The design is simple and intuitive offering simplicity and quick accessibility as it integrating very well with Google ecosystem.

Avantages :

The most neat feature for me is the labeling, it allows me to separate different notes by my criteria. Also sharable checklists are a useful features as it allows to easily complete tasks for different projects for work, or even shopping lists. The app is versatile as is available as a web app that you can access from a browser or as a smartphone app.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes an import feature would be a great time saver.

It has helped me note down everything.

Commentaires : Google Keep has cleared a lot of mind junk and increased their productivity. It's the tool I rely on to catch and capture thoughts, manage a list of things to do, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Avantages :

Google Keep is my place of ideas, to-dos and reminders. Creating notes, lists and voice memos are effortless in the app, but I have been enjoying the color coding and labeling options for organization. Commentaires : Google Keep is a great note taking app, is has an intuitive design that ensures ease of use. As is a cloud base app is synchronize very fast between device and is available on smartphones and as a web based app.

Avantages :

The most I like the collaboration features, its really a great way to share notes and checklist with colleagues. Its integrate very well Gmail and Google Calendar and makes it easy to set reminders and schedule meetings.

Inconvénients :

It lacks the feature to import and export notes from other apps.

Awesome Basic Notes App

Commentaires : Overall it was awesome. I use it mostly for grocery lists and recipes. It is great for recipes as you can put a picture, bullet list, and regular text in one note. You could even put in oral instructions if you’d like to.

Avantages :

Unlimited number of notes, sharing option, multiple media in one note

Inconvénients :

Can only assign 50 labels, doesn’t integrate with any other software outside of google services

Free but at a cost

Avantages :

Being free to use is on of the biggest pros of this app. Not only that, it's easy to use interface and customisation for notes makes it very likeable.

Inconvénients :

The app crashes a lot. Imagine a note taking app crashing on you for just creating a to-do list. This issue has been there from the start of the app and it has yet to be fixed. Other than that, I feel that app slows down your device considerably if your using it on phone.

Best Note-Taking App for Free

Commentaires : I have been using Google Keep for a few years now and it's going to remain my favorite and go-to no frills note taking software. It is also absolutely free to use!

Avantages :

I love that Google Keep is free and can be easily integrated with other Google suite softwares. It is easy to use to take quick notes and/or to create a to-do list with dateline reminders.

Inconvénients :

For my needs, there isn't any features about Google Keep that I dislike or am missing. I decided with Google Keep after having looking into several other softwares and am currently quite satisfied with it.

Very easy for short notes/ tasks

Commentaires : It is a very nice Google feature. I find it very attractive to keep short notes/ tasks handy (either on my web browser or my mobile phone). It's a nice tool for corporate scenarios, but also for more basic/ home-based ones such as shopping list/ etc.

Avantages :

Awesome when it comes to keeping easy track of notes/ tasks. It's just very simple to have a specific tab in the browser for G-Keep and go there anytime to add notes. The different Tags are also great for organizing the note types. Very convenient as well to assign tasks/ notes to people and/ or collaborate. The synced mobile app is also very nice and easy to utilize (btw, great voice-recognition feature for on-the-go voice-based notes creation).

Inconvénients :

Not very convenient if you need to document large stuff/ extensive notes.

It's such a good note keeping system. Automatically backs up to Google drive. No chance of losing notes or key information.

Google Keep Is A Keeper

Commentaires : I was most pleased and intend to continue using Keep for whatever notes I need set down going forward and to store notes transferred from other note sites

Avantages :

Keep has several options for entering and categorizing notes as well as an Archive, labeling tool and an option for adding an image to your note. It is also has a very sharp, clean look that is not only easy on the eyes but easy to navigate as there are no issues making the note page a confusion for the author.

Inconvénients :

I have yet to find naything to dislike worthy of mention.

Google Keep

Avantages :

Google keep like any other google app is a user friendly app, you can make easely to do's list, you can organize notes and the greatest thing is that you can tag someone who needs to see your notes in real time, if you have an internet connection.

Inconvénients :

When you have a lot of notes it gets difficult to find them, you are not able to set an order of those and it can seem a little bit messier.
