Efficace et pratique

Avantages :

- On peut copier les lignes de la semaine d'avant lorsqu'on remplit notre temps. - L'avancement du projet et de ces phases est facile d'accès

Inconvénients :

Le calendrier sur le côté est rouge ou jaune selon les heures que je fais par jour. J'aimerais mieux que sa soit par semaine pour que sa réflète mieux la réalité. Je suis toujours dans le jaune ou rouge vu que mes journées varient beaucoup.

Commentaires : Dans l'ensemble , Birdview PSA ma énormément aidé pour bien gérer nos projets dans l'entreprise et grâce à son interface personnalisé qui m'aide également à travailler à distance avec l'équipe . Je le recommande

Avantages :

Birdview PSA c'est un logiciel très connu et utile pour la gestion des projets dans les entreprises . J'apprécie énormément la simplicité de ce logiciel qui m'a permit de collaborer avec beaucoup de prospect et entreprise

Inconvénients :

Ce logiciel m'a permis d'économiser un peu du temps pour gérer mes projets mais on rencontre souvent des problème d'internet qui n'est pas confortable et côté du messagerie également

Une plateforme performante de gestion de projet

Commentaires : Je suis dans un projet association et je suis très satisfaite de la simplicité et de la puissance de cet outil, véritable compagnon pour le travail collaboratif en ligne

Avantages :

Easy Projects est un outil très efficace, doté de nombreuses fonctionnalités précieuses lorsqu’on souhaite mener à bien un projet collaboratif . Parmi ses atouts, on compte les outils de budgétisation, d’assistance à distance et d’analyse des campagnes. Le programme permet également l’automatisation des processus métiers et offre un aperçu du calendrier pour les participants. De plus, il est hébergé sur le Cloud, aussi tous les participants peuvent consulter les projets en temps réel et connaître la répartition des tâches. Easy Projects permet également d'exporter les données et de les éditer avec un logiciel de comptabilité. Enfin, l’interface est personnalisable et permet l'accès et le contrôle à distance des projets en cours ainsi que la visualisation de l’avancée des tâches.

Inconvénients :

Il est dommage que la messagerie soit peu conviviale et la communication internet assez inconfortable.

Bon logiciel de gestion de projet

Commentaires : cela nous a permis d'économiser un peu de temps pour l'exportation des feuilles de temps au lieu de faire l'entrée manuellement et éviter des erreurs aussi. Tout le monde peut voir les projets au même endroit et le partage des tâches se fait bien avec EasyProjects.

Avantages :

Avant, nous entrons nos heures travaillées dans des feuilles excel et cela s'accumulait puis les fichiers commençaient à devenir lourds. Maintenant, nous pouvons gérer nos feuilles de temps au même endroit. J'aime le fait aussi qu'on peut exporter ces données et pouvoir l'importer directement dans notre logiciel de comptabilité Acomba. Alors, nous économisons du temps et cela évite aussi des erreurs d'entrer les heures manuellement.

Inconvénients :

Dans la section pour entrer nos heures travaillées, il n'y a pas de fonction répétition. C'est-à-dire on doit entrer pour chaque jour le nombre d'heures avec nos autres infos qui parfois restent pareil. Mais apparemment, notre consultant et son équipe sont entrain de travailler cette fonctionnalité pour notre logiciel. On peut changer la langue du logiciel Birdview Easyprojects, mais il n'y a que quelques mots qui sont traduits...donc la traduction n'est pas complète sur le logiciel. Il vaut mieux que vous soyez à l'aise avec l'anglais.

Fantastic product with lots of additions

Commentaires : Overall Birdview is nice, a lot comes down to how your organization has it set up and what level of user you are.

Avantages :

Birdview (Avian Perspective as we affectionately call it) is fairly easy to use and is improving constantly. My favorite part of Birdview is the extensive learning suite that comes with it. If you need guidance, there are webinars and help sections, further supported by live Chat support. Most actions are easy to understand and follow. It is scalable and flexible adding to it's useability. There's many additional modules, we even use it for some of our Dev requests (forms in BV).

Inconvénients :

There is some frustration with the way Activity Est. Hours roll up to a Project total. Not sure if this is a setting issue on our end or just the way it's meant to be. We often set a total # of Est. Hours then break down the activities. It tends to Add any Activity hours to the Est total, instead of considering it part of that total. Again, this may be a setting our BV Admin may need to look at.

An easy, intuitive way of managing time and the team

Avantages :

At our agency, we have many active projects and tasks under each project at any given time, and manage roughly 30 creatives assigned to those projects. Being able to easily bill and track time is super valuable, and the clean, simple interface makes that easier for everyone from the junior designer to the creative director.

Inconvénients :

Many on our creative team only use it to track time and find projects, and some views have so many options to click or select, it can be hard to find the most common uses for our team.

Birdview: The new way to manage your projects

Commentaires : Since I use Birdview, I can say that you can have several projects, plans and resources in one place.

Avantages :

I really like the organized way to have every single step of our projects.

Inconvénients :

If we have not used this platform before, it could be confused.

It is easy to use and easy to understand. it keeps the team organized an prevents us from going over budget

I wish there was more customization options. They have the standard ones but with AI, I hope there is more innovation.

Great system to organize busy workload

Commentaires : As a project manager of over 700 projects a year, this is an essential tool in prioritizing our workload. Our past system didn't allow us to shift dates, run reports, customize tasks that work for our team. Our organization has been using BV since 2017 and I couldn't imagine using another project management system.

Avantages :

Birdview is a great way to organize our team and projects. This allows us to keep all communications in one place to track progress. It allows us to easily identify when a project gets off track. It's increased our productivity and communications.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing negative I can say about BV. I love that BV is always looking for input and ways to improve their system based on the ways their customers use the product.

Can't imagine work without it!

Avantages :

At my organization, we often work on multiple projects simultaneously. Birdview makes it very easy to track progress across projects, view tasks for the day/week across all projects in one place, and easily navigate between projects using filters.

Inconvénients :

I haven't gotten much use out of the task progress or financial tracking features, I hope to in the next 6 months. Would love to see a timer feature like Toggl Track for this.

Birdview: Good not Great

Avantages :

It's pretty straightforward and locked down which can be good or bad based on your prerogative.

Inconvénients :

It's not very customizable and it's definitely a better tool for other departments than ours (media)

Commentaires : Not great, but not bad as well, overall it's a good tool with all the essentials, could have a better visual design but that also might depend on how the company sets it up and uses it

It's easy to find your task and project, it's a simple visual tool and easy to understand

Inconvénients :

could use somekind of task time tracking, it would be helpful to have something like a stopwatch assign to a task or something

All projects in one place

Commentaires : I do not have to move between several applications to advance in the creation of projects and my work is more organized having all the information in one place

Avantages :

This platform makes performance more effective by having visibility of all projects in one place and seeing their progress in real time. It made me replace several applications because Birdview had everything I needed. It makes me focus all the information on the same platform, having a more effective exchange of knowledge with my work team.

Inconvénients :

I approve that the entire operation of Birdview is effective and of great value for performance and teamwork

Really Great Software

Commentaires : Overall, this tool is exactly what we need. I love that it integrates with our other softwares seamlessly.

Avantages :

Birdview is easy ti learn, and easy to collaborate on across teams. It is an integral part of our project management system.

Inconvénients :

We use Birdview primarily for Time Logs, and a change to UX recently made Time Logs harder to get to. That would be my main complaint.

EZ Projects

Commentaires : I think it works pretty good to track all of my projects.

Avantages :

Helps me to keep track of all of my projects and can store attached files.

Inconvénients :

does not track in real-time. It does not help me when looking at the timeline of my projects.

Birdview is a useful tool for time tracking and reporting.

Avantages :

Ease of time tracking, ability to copy over tasks from week to week, different available views for reporting.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes tricky to navigate the user interface. I wish it was less redundant to add team members to a project each time.

Commentaires : Birdview has been a great time management resource and gives me a great view of my weekly time usage.

Birdview is user friendly and efficient. The ease of being able to repeat time each week and add new time categories makes Birdview a great option.

Inconvénients :

As year to year turns over, it can be somewhat cumbersome to exchange years in Birdview.

Avantages :

The ability to have visibility over multiple projects at once, their status as well as individual task management.

Inconvénients :

The auto-change dates can be really useful with creating dependencies, but this isn't always helpful and can create quite a lot of manual amendments needed

Avantages :

very intuitive, easy to learn , track and document work. lot of options for reporting, calendar view is great. project planning is easy and with the help of gantt charts we can clearly see where are we at a project. integration with outlook is great as well.

Inconvénients :

nothing particular the admin setup is not straightforward but that's no big deal

A fast and effective tool for project management

Some areas could be more effectively designed for browser use especially the time log area.

Avantages :

Easy to use, customizable format that accommodates a wide variety of needs

Learning curve was steep; different from other products

I really like the time tracking features and the enablement of carrying over repeatable tasks week after week. The resource management pages are also easy to see team allocations week over week.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was an easier way to remove time tracked that was accidentally entered into the wrong field.
