You cannot easily print a time line w/details. There are many situations at our company when we need to print a timeline and to my knowledge this cannot be done.

Easy Projects est un outil très efficace, doté de nombreuses fonctionnalités précieuses lorsqu’on souhaite mener à bien un projet collaboratif . Parmi ses atouts, on compte les outils de budgétisation, d’assistance à distance et d’analyse des campagnes. Le programme permet également l’automatisation des processus métiers et offre un aperçu du calendrier pour les participants. De plus, il est hébergé sur le Cloud, aussi tous les participants peuvent consulter les projets en temps réel et connaître la répartition des tâches. Easy Projects permet également d'exporter les données et de les éditer avec un logiciel de comptabilité. Enfin, l’interface est personnalisable et permet l'accès et le contrôle à distance des projets en cours ainsi que la visualisation de l’avancée des tâches.
Il est dommage que la messagerie soit peu conviviale et la communication internet assez inconfortable.
Bon logiciel de gestion de projet
Commentaires : cela nous a permis d'économiser un peu de temps pour l'exportation des feuilles de temps au lieu de faire l'entrée manuellement et éviter des erreurs aussi. Tout le monde peut voir les projets au même endroit et le partage des tâches se fait bien avec EasyProjects.
Avant, nous entrons nos heures travaillées dans des feuilles excel et cela s'accumulait puis les fichiers commençaient à devenir lourds. Maintenant, nous pouvons gérer nos feuilles de temps au même endroit. J'aime le fait aussi qu'on peut exporter ces données et pouvoir l'importer directement dans notre logiciel de comptabilité Acomba. Alors, nous économisons du temps et cela évite aussi des erreurs d'entrer les heures manuellement.
Dans la section pour entrer nos heures travaillées, il n'y a pas de fonction répétition. C'est-à-dire on doit entrer pour chaque jour le nombre d'heures avec nos autres infos qui parfois restent pareil. Mais apparemment, notre consultant et son équipe sont entrain de travailler cette fonctionnalité pour notre logiciel. On peut changer la langue du logiciel Birdview Easyprojects, mais il n'y a que quelques mots qui sont traduits...donc la traduction n'est pas complète sur le logiciel. Il vaut mieux que vous soyez à l'aise avec l'anglais.

Project management software with useful customization
I really love that Easy Project has multiple choices for the project view, which every user can choose the project landscape view that they want. Each of the task are accompanied by the task progress percent or tracker, thus making the process in tracking our project accomplishment percent is very easy.
I would really love if they make changes and updating the system so that user experience with this software could improve. For now, the communication platform, like the private message is still quite lacking in the feature, there are no notification that we can see if the recipient has read our message or not.
Easy Projects - Honest Review
Commentaires : Easy Projects has really helped our business quote projects and collect data on our previous projects. This made it possible to make comparisons and drill into our data to determine where our weaknesses were. We we're able to identify key areas, and improve them, creating shorter lead times, and increasing the efficiency of our resources.
I like the structure Easy Projects provides. It's nice to have a software that is pre-built and ready right out of the box to collect your data and analyze it with reports. Instead of using software that you have to build your own reports, charts, and metrics. Easy Projects makes it simple to budget resources, time, and capital. Easy Projects also integrates with Zapier, which helped us automate most of our time entry needs.
Some times the structure was too ridged. The financial tab isn't built for non-profit, and the learning curve for using the software was fairly steep.

The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive. The only downside is the cost for additional features and the limited mobile app.
Easy Projects is an incredibly powerful and user-friendly project management tool. It allows teams to easily track their projects, assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and collaborate. The intuitive interface is easy to use, and the custom reporting features provide great insights into project progress. The customer support team is also very friendly and helpful.
Although Easy Projects is a great tool, it can be a bit pricey for some teams. The basic plan does not include many features, so teams may have to pay extra for features like time tracking and resource management. Additionally, the mobile app is quite limited in terms of features.
I use Easy Project but I don't administer it. My projects are tracked there.
Commentaires : My boss can see that I am super productive, not only from compiling statistics, but also because she is notified as I complete tasks.
We use a general project template and that helps me remember to do all the small, "finishing up" tasks.
I wish I could adjust the column widths on the "My Assignments" page. Only about 17 letters of the project names are visible, and I need to see more than that because most of our projects start out with a similar string of letters and numbers (the date, the campus, the college, etc). I end up using the Dashboard instead, which show s ALL my tasks, not just the ones I'm working on. The second column in My Assignments isn't useful to me, so if it could be customized so I could get rid of it (or move it to the third spot, since it doesn't matter if I can't see the whole word), that would be helpful.

The only drawbacks are the app's lack of features and the associated expense.
It's a breeze to implement and keep tabs on how much time and effort you're spending on every type of movement for different projects. I like that I can record my workouts and keep track of my progress.
The price tag of Easy Projects may be prohibitive for some groups, despite the fact that it is a fantastic tool. Teams may have to pay more for add-ons like time monitoring and resource management because they are not included in the basic plan. Additionally, there is a severe lack of functionality in the mobile app.
Simple Tasks, Useful Project Management Software
Commentaires : It facilitates collaboration and information sharing between workers engaged in various stages of product creation. Incredibly user-friendly, it allows you to effortlessly monitor how much time is spent on each activity across all projects. I like that data may be recorded automatically and that I can keep a record of my progress.
It's a fantastic medium for sharing information about ongoing projects and their respective stages of development. Time changes are easy to implement, and the status of each process may be viewed and updated as needed.
After a project has been authorized, I'd like to see whether there's any way to make minor changes to it. I'd like to revise the project's timetable and timeline in the event that my supervisor is unavailable to do so.
Great product with tons of customization.
We love that each of our team has the ability to have a different view, so that way they see only what is important to them. Plus, we can see everyone's progress without having to bug them.
Although very small, the UI is a little outdated. Could definitely benefit from some more colours!

Commentaires : It is extremely simple to utilize and monitor constantly spent on movements of every sort for various undertakings. I appreciate having the option to log my exercises and consequently being saved.
It is so efficient to use and helps in management of project.
Sometimes it is too lagging in my laptop even I use it on new laptop.
Easy way to track time with projects.
It helps to organize and lay out what each person does each day for projects. It also helps to track which projects are still in progress or nearing the ending stages of development.
Sometimes a whole row is deleted when I attempt to erase data inputs in a specific time block while using time logs.
Good Software - Intuitive and Lots of useful reporting tools
Commentaires : Replaces multiple documents, spreadsheets and processes into one place
More user-friendly and intuitive than MS Project. Tracking financial information was the main reason for our transition to BirdView. Easy to track hours spent and where we had different spreadsheets for different functions and departments - Birdview has everything in one place. Chat support is good - although we're in the UK we get answers in the afternoon or the next day. Integration with Outlook is valuable addition - it will set tasks for you. The approval feature for documents is also good. We have different order sign-off values. Uploading the document and requesting approval is much easier than email, print, sign and scan. Custom forms feature and transfer to projects works well (when combined with Project templates). Resource loading allows managers to track if people are close to being overloaded and waiting for an improvement on this to be implemented. The company is very receptive to improvement suggestions.
The onboarding process is a little quick and all upfront... It would be better to have it in two phases, an introduction and then a few weeks after a question and answer session. Difficult to create a GANTT chart for a particular project - each task you want to show has to be a milestone or set by priority. Output can be difficult to read when a long-term project for dates. Custom forms work, but meeting minutes not so much - text-based minutes, not a table or preset format. It would be good to create tasks based upon individual points raised in meeting Resource loading-40 hours of work over 20 days is loaded at 2 hrs per day, even though the bathtub principle tells you that the work loading is likely to be more at the beginning of the task and more at the end, with little input required in the middle. Apparently there is an update to be implemented shortly to correct this.
I use Easy Projects for my job, and it has been so easy to use!
I like that every person on the team can communicate directly within the program, eliminating the need for long email chains. My favorite feature used to be the layout of the My Assignments page before it became more of a to-do list. I liked being able to see what other people had commented and what other members were on a project with me. I also like that you can customize views in the Activity Center. It makes checking workload across a team very easy! I will also say that I think it's neat that you offer webinars to go over new features. I haven't been able to watch any of them, but one day I hope to catch up and see all the features I'm missing out on! lol
I really miss the old My Assignments view :( Other than that, I'd say that it's the perfect project management software!
Lots of Possibilities
Commentaires : Our company adopted Easy Projects mainly to assist in managing / allocating our time as well as providing more visibility between departments on the status of orders. While I am not in management, and can't speak to the first goal, the visibility has gone well as we can see and receive notifications as orders are updated and worked on.
I do like the ease with which you can create / customize fields for what you need. The Audit Trail feature (which tracks all the changes made to a project) is also extremely helpful for seeing what's going on. I also like the prompt notifications of changes/comments in the system, even though I currently do not use the mobile app.
Sometimes lots of possibilities also means it can be overwhelming trying to get a quick view/snapshot of what we have in the system. While there are several dashboard options and view options none really make sense for me. I'm old school, and have just used calendar-based or Excel-based programs mostly, or Outlook tasklists; the views in Easy Projects are sometimes too complicated or detailed and I have difficulty understanding them.
Easy Projects is easy to use
Commentaires : For a small company the tool works well. Easy Projects does fit the name. We started off using the tool for our department and it met our needs well. As we tried to bring other areas into the tool, it became clear that we needed more.
The ease of setup from scratch. We migrated our data from a home grown solution into Easy Projects which streamline our migration. Customer service helped a great deal during out implementation. A tool that follows the concept of keeping it simple.
As we advanced our business needs, the tool was not able to grow with us. For downloading attached project files had to be done one a one by one basis which is time consuming when you have 40 files to download. We could not directly access the files.
Easy Projects Review
Commentaires : I really enjoy using Easy Projects. It's an easy and efficient way to keep track of tasks for our clients, track time to accurately bill and quote projects. Messaging back and forth with other departments on the same assignment is much easier than filtering through a slew of emails. It's a great way to stay organized and know what needs to be accomplished.

Navigation is a little difficult at first. Multiple filters and options can cause confusion if not used properly.
I like this because it makes it easy to keep track of the progress of projects. I recently discovered the timer and love it! Until then, I would write down my start and stop times. The timer has eliminated the need to do this. I feel there is much more to discover, with this software, than what we have used so far.
They keep moving things around. Early in 2018 you went to one place to access a particular project and later in 2018 they changed it to another place. I just a User but did not see the necessity of this move.
Great, easy to use, has fantastic tutorials
Commentaires : This software makes keeping track of my multiple projects much easier and if I have forgotten anything the email notifications remind me. It really has evolved how I do Project Management. It just needs the ability to show the Clients the Project Plan and Gantt view that I as the PM work on and it would be fantastic.
Makes Project Management easier and is far more user friendly than standard Project Plans. Information can be edited and updated quickly. If you can't remember what to do the walk through guides are fantastic.
Presentation of the Project Plan to Clients is the only key fault. What you as the PM work with in the Activity Center is a fantastic view of the whole project, making it easy to see where things are at but this view can't be handled over nicely to the client. there are some reports and exports that an be used but non are as good and present as nicely.
Easy Projects great collaborative tool
Commentaires : I have used versions of Easy Project for several years, very impressed how the program keeps improving. We went from an older version hosted on our internal server to the cloud based version which gives us constant updates as well as the importance of backing up our data.
This is a great software system to track projects and tasks as well as keeping communication open with team members.
The screens could have more contrast to make them easier to read.

So far I've been doing well with the program, learning more about it and how to operate it.
I like how Easy Projects can track hours of my team and making sure they are on the right timely schedule. Also allowing the admins to run reports and see data on each project and user. I can't wait to use the new power BI.
The ease of using the program can be a little frustrating/ hard to figure out. Even after learning how move around the site; there is just so much packed in. That makes it a little difficult to use.

Easy projects has helped making the projects easier for our clients. We manage easy projects for several client projects. it helps managing projects with the team and the client. The project statistics helps getting a high level summary about the project status. Reports works great.
No issues with managing projects using Easy Projects application. It helps managing the projects better and making it successful.

Being a professional with two college degrees and having worked in many fields developed my desire to have my own business, but realized that the startup could be way difficult although you have an idea in place, because you don´t know exactly what to do first and then what follows and so on, and how to achieve it. Easy Projects was truly that impulse I needed, and now, reviewing it became my fundamental daily activity to take the most out of each day and because of it I am following easy, simple, but efficient steps towards achieving my dream and I am so satisfied because my personal project is becoming alive in the most organized way as I always wanted and furthermore it helped me develop more ideas than the original one.
I do really appreciate the initiative of this company that created Easy Projects with the true conscience to help entrepreneurs and professionals to follow important projects and be able to output high unimaginable projects with a truly high developed yet simple technology.
I have no cons against it because I have everything I need and even more, I am impressed how these guys thought and keep thinking on every need one may have while creating a project, and these needs are solved in advance. They have also inspired me on how to give my Customers a good service.

Indeed Easy to manage projects
Commentaires : Last year our small Company (up to 20 poeple) was looking for a simple, user-friendly and cost-justifying solution for our ongoing and upcoming projects. We have reviewed more than 20 different softwares, including comprehensive testing for some of them. At the end the winner was Easy Projects! Time to time the software works a bit slow (Response time)
Easy to use, a great tool for managing your day to day workflow.
The flexibility to tailor the software to your needs. Reliability is terrific, in the 3+ years I have used it (daily) I don't recall the service being unavailable once. Reporting is flexible as well.
The guest user panel is a bit basic and dated, I'd love for a guest user to have access to more information. I believe work is being done on this...
