Commentaires : Dependable. Has the fancy bells and whistles but simple if you need it.

We love the integration with SongSelect. We love the easy to use design.

Inconvénients :

We don’t like that they changed to a monthly membership instead of buying the program for one time.

Good Price, good features but signifiant problems

Commentaires : I've been using this software since Dec 2014. Then, the version was "Easy Worship 2009". It was a great product at a great price. But EW redesigned the product to add more features, called it "Easy Worship 6". It was full of bugs and lacked many features many people loved in EW2009, "checking for changes" and basic "copy/paste/undo" commands. The new features of EW6 was the creation of "themes". Nice, but not necessary. I endured EW6 and the many patches. It became stable in Dec 2017 and they brought back "check for changes". However, in late 2017, they decided to make the product subscription based. We decided to go with an annual subscription in June 2018. The product has been working great, allowing me to mix PowerPoint, EW7 created choruses, scripture, video and even web pages. Then sometime betw 11/24/18 and 12/01/18, the product stopped working. EW7 believed I was not an active subscriber even after both EW staff and myself verified our registration. Support was not very helpful. They asked the standard questions - did you receive an update from Windows or any other product? Can you restore your computer to a point in time when EW7 was working? Seriously? Finally, support pushed a beta copy of the next release to me and EW7 worked again. 3 days later, the same problem re-occurred. It has not been resolved.

Avantages :

1. It was the most feature-rich product for the price. Now, the product has too many bugs to consider it "reasonably priced". 2. I liked the "check for changes" options as it allows multiple people to contribute to a worship schedule. However, you have to manually start it. It used to be automatic. 3. I like how you can import PowerPoint presentations with all the basic PowerPoint controls. 4. I like how well you can mix audio, PowerPoint and EW7 created media in the same schedule.

Inconvénients :

1. Support is average. They believe the only way to solve a problem is to login to your computer and take control, not acceptable. 2. You can't export the text of anything you create in EW7. So, if you create 200+ songs in EW7 you can't port them to somewhere else. All you can do is export a list of songs or open each song and copy all the text. 3. Even after multiple releases of EW6 and EW7, PowerPoint presentations will sometimes stop working. The PP slides turn black and instead of seeing 12 separate slides, you only see 1 black slide. 4. If you resize the Application screen, EW7 will not remember how you sized the panels the next time you start it up. 5. You can run an audio travt in the background while you display a video or image file.

Commentaires : On a week by week by week basis; EasyWorship enhances our worship. If there have been any issues (which have been few); the support team are quick to respond and help.

Avantages :

EasyWorship is very convenient for worship services. It is possible to load all media onto the system together so the transition from song; bible readings; videos is seamless. The support from EasyWorship is excellent. In addition to the training videos and information videos, there is a facility to raise issues with a support team, who are always knowledgable and patient.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing that we dislike about EasyWorship. As with any IT the user needs to study how to use it properly. The training videos are excellent for this.

I Found EasyWorship Just in Time!

Commentaires : As a fairly new user to EasyWorship our first month of use has been great. There's no turning back to how we used to run our worship services! EasyWorship has made it easier for the volunteers and also the pastor.

Avantages :

EasyWorship is very easy to use and there are many help videos if you were to need them.

Inconvénients :

I didn't know about EasyWorship! A family member told me about it. I wish I had discovered it or seen ads for it sooner.

Easy worship Premium

Commentaires : Very easy to work with. and LOVE the new graphics!

Avantages :

The love the number of new graphics along with the small video graphics. Has a lot of different media styles to choose from.

Inconvénients :

Some of the graphics are repeated more than once.

EasyWorship Easy to do once you learn how

Commentaires : I have been using this for more than a month now. It is almost perfect (I would rate it 4.5 instead of 5) but it is labor-intensive when you have to create newer presentations. The Scripture tab should have an option to go back to the previous scriptures quoted without having to type it over and over again since I go through dozens of passages in a single sermon or at least have the option for the main scripture passage. I would heartily recommend it to any church considering it. Please make sure that you go through the helpful videos a few times before you get started and it will save a considerable amount of time.

Avantages :

It is easy to set it up once you get through the learning curve. Love the ability to download the songs through CCLI to add them to the library and thus to the schedule.

Inconvénients :

You can't copy and paste from previous schedules. You have to insert the whole schedule and delete the portions that you don’t need, which gets irritating. The basic version should have more motion graphics available rather than just one. If you use them regularly in your schedule, you have to create multiple presentations to keep the flow of the service.

Efficient and reliable EasyWorship (10 plus year of experience)

Commentaires : Very helpful to our small church ministry. A very stable software and help plug-ins and license info, etc. all within the program.

Avantages :

It is so easy to use and to teach to other operators (especially some who have never operated AV before). It is interactive (online resources, etc.). On Premium there is so much to make use of in preparing schedules (Backgrounds, add-ins, etc.). WHAT I LIKE MOST IS THE EASY AND EFFECTIVE LINK WITH SONG SELECT (using our CCLI license).

Inconvénients :

Perhaps not enough available on the Basic subscription. I am willing to move from Basic to Premium. The extra cost will be worth it.

Pretty Easy Worship

Commentaires : Easyworship is, well, easy. It's a great tool for churches in almost every aspect of presentation, and in general whether you use it for church or not it's a great piece of software. It's simple and dynamic, rich in features and even fairly compatible with streaming. Scripture flows out as consistent as water (if you're fast enough on the keys) and worship is as easy to be executed as to the level of leadership and pre planning as the worship team has. It's got some quirks and bugs, but overall they can be overlooked. Easyworship is nice, and I believe it is a good investment for whatever your needs are, simply because of it's simplistic nature.

Avantages :

Easyworship does not lack the features, it does not make you watch hours of tutorials and it does not give you a headache...most of the time. It's easy to edit, easy to get scripture, easy to make your announcements and import lyrics, and it's easy to display. One media is imported, it's easy to access and even filter through files to find exactly what you need. CCLIs are easy in, and easy to edit for your Worship teams specifications. You can shotgun, or preset scripture for the fast or patient preachers. And it's even got a built in web function for all your non downloaded needs.

Inconvénients :

If you use OBS or another streaming platform to livestream your services, you'll probably find it difficult to format the auxiliary output for 1/3rd lyrics and or scriptures, and as of this moment we're still trying to figure out how to get it right. PDFs you cannot import unfortunately. Also importing files in general take a bit longer, but it's not terrible. The transition between slides sometimes don't work from my experience, although it could be just the lack of the lyrics being formatted right.

We breathe better NOW, after we started using the program

Commentaires : Very encouraging and helpful to date. Very good and prompt heldesk response, including telephone calls.

Avantages :

A very professional, comprehensive thought-through application. Well laid out for compilation editing and presentation. Created, designed and managed by personnel who are regular users and worshippers - so they are 'tuned-in' to a church's needs. Excellent help support. Comprehensive suite of training videos.

Inconvénients :

The organisation, layout and selection of the five theme types for text editing is not intuitive. The training videos do not cover this topic adequately.

How EasyWorship Aids Our Community

Commentaires : Overall, EasyWorship has been an amazing addition to our parish. More time is spent valuably discussing The Lord's scripture and less time is spent trying to organize and facilitate those discussions. Overall, I'd say EasyWorship helped bring our parish closer together as a communiy.

Avantages :

EasyWorship helps busy pastors and volunteers use their time where it can best be spent. Our youth groups and Bible Studies have been much more streamlined and simple to plan and organize, and more time is spent discussing The Lord's word than fingering through our Bibles to find the pertinent verses, due to the simple Text Search feature.

Inconvénients :

It would be nice if future versions of the program didn't make the prior programs as obsolete, though I do understand that the changes they have made in the fundamental nuts and bolts of the program make it very difficult for it to be backwards compatible. All the same, it would be nice if the prior versions worked as well as their newer counterparts.

Easy To Worship

Commentaires : It is truly easy to use and it does the job.

Avantages :

I like Easy Worship because it lets us build a play list each week for our Sunday Service and we can add Scriptures, etc. to our Sermons. We also use images for the screen to make our Worship Experience and Presentations better.

Inconvénients :

Actually, Easy Worship meets all of our needs. We have not experienced a down side in all the years we have used it.

Worship Made Easy

Commentaires : It has been a very welcomed addition to our worship services. Everyone is happy with EasyWorship and are talking about how good it looks especially with the different themes and backgrounds you can use.

Avantages :

I like the fact that you can preload presentations with the songs the congregation as well as the choir are going to sing and project it on the screen so that all can see and follow along. You can also do the same with the scripture the Pastor is going to preach on. Love the themes you can use with the songs and scriptures. The Song Select feature that is incorporated into EasyWorship is something we are adding in the next week or so. It will allow you to add mostly any song to your library that is not in the default song library. I am still learning all the ins and outs of EasyWorship, but for the most part it is very easy and self-explanatory. They do have some very informative videos that will teach you how to navigate and operate all of the features. I like the preview section so you can make sure what you have preloaded is correct.

Inconvénients :

I really haven't found anything that I don't like yet. I have to do some more training and learn some more of the features within the software. There are so many features that I'm sure it will meet your needs. There will be some features that we won't use but it certainly has met our needs!

Easy Worship is good

Commentaires : We've used EasyWorship as our go to worship software every since I have pastored FBC Moreland. The product is good for what we do with it.

I think Easy Worship is expensive for what you get. There are better products out there that cost about the same.

Avantages :

Technical support is excellent. [sensitive content hidden] had me up and running in less than 30 minutes using the online feature.

Inconvénients :

I cannot think of anything that I do not like about EasyWorship. Very easy to edit and to import powerpoint presentations as well as importing music and videos.
