Great product with proven added value
Avantages :
The chatbot integrates very well with our social messaging application, delivering a proven added value to the customer we worked with. It was also a pleasure to work with the Ori team!
Inconvénients :
Some ideas for the future would be looking at a more clicks, less code approach. But I guess that can be said of any technical product :)

Quick to Train, Modify and implement. Ease of use and can quickly adapt to new scenarios getting identified as per changing market conditions and need.

On paper everything we needed, customer support was lacking
Commentaires : 4/10. Lots of issues getting setup, no documentation for our developers, not many people who knew how to help us with our issues. Tool itself looked to be good for AB testing, just didn't execute as planned.

Good intent mapping based flow. Good project management and support.
Inconvénients :
We had to partner separately with whatsapp number service provider whereas other players do that in their scope.

Commentaires : ORI team has been great, super responsive and communicative and also quite diligent to our demands and feedback, working with them has been very nice and easy. ORI chatbot will help us achieve more efficiency in many processes that we have.

Experience of working with the Ori team for sales bot
Avantages :
The Ori team is very robust and work very closely with the client to help deploy what they are looking for. We used it for a sales channel and conception to deployment, everything was very quick. They are extremely supporting when it comes to making improvements and quick fixes. The team also introduced new frontiers in the chatbot domain like GBM proactively to help the business meet their goals. Highly recommended team and product!
Inconvénients :
This is not something I disliked, but more of a suggestion - The chatbot environment could get more innovative in terms of offering different formats to show media eg - animations, stickers etc and more gestures for mobile based on what users are habitual in messaging apps (think long presses, double taps, etc)

The ORI team really does all they can to deliver an amazing finalized product. Their software is really easy to use and could support all the languages the customer needed for their bot. They've been involved throughout the entire project to help and set up the bot.

Haven't identified any issues yet thus far.

Commentaires : The experience has been great so far - the team has been very responsive and stood during high-pressure situations even if meant a weekend or two going down the drain for them.
Avantages :
The product is good and one for the future with the digital shift. With Bajaj as an organization going all out on digital, it has helped us to connect better with our customers digitally and dive deep into their DNA.
Inconvénients :
Nothing as such for now. Integrations have been done smoothly.
