Avantages :

VBO is a one license product to secure the entire Office Suite - including Teams, Onedrive, Sharepoint and Exchange Online. The licensing is simple and extremely good value for money - licensed per user per year, or of course, monthly subscription via a Service Provider. VBO is so easy to set up and use, its perfect for both home use and enterprise businesses.

Inconvénients :

Its very hard to find any cons with this software. If i had to look hard for an issue, I would say that the end user has littl control over their data unless permissions are very carefully set up. Storage space can become an issue.

The App does a great job of protecting the Office package.IT personnel can use it with ease.It is simple to transfer files and keeps data well.In situations of danger and difficulty, it is also effective in issuing alerts.

Inconvénients :

Finding any drawbacks to this App is quite challenging.Yet one drawback I can think of is how simple it is for administrators to manage and access the application.When Sign in, I hope there are safer options available.

Veeam Easy Setup Backup Solution

Commentaires : We were looking for an automated solution, moving away from manual backups. With the amount of PC's onsite this was a good choice. Very good technical support.

Avantages :

Easy to integrate. Easy setup. I like how I can stagger the backups from various machines.

No cons at this time, very happy with the product

Commentaires : My experience has been pretty great, I haven't had to utilize it very much which is a wonderful thing. However the experience I do have with it has shown me just how granular it can be. I don't have to worry about restoring entire portions, I can go down to specific files

Not much, the only thing I can think of, is that they had a bug that lasted a few days that stopped us from doing backups. The problem was resolved relatively quickly and the community came up with a workaround rather quickly

Not cheap but worth it

Commentaires : Implemented it during the migration to O365 cause Microsoft stated that data backup is not included in their cloud solution (at that time). The installation and then the UI are straight forward.
Issues my happens when Microsoft change something on their side but Veeam is really ready to propose solutions that usually are software updates (that are very trivial to install).
I don't think I could want more by that software, it just does the job, it works very well, the reporting is ok and the support is stellar.

Avantages :

Easy to implement, mantain and manage. Usage is straight forward . Support is very good.

Inconvénients :

Let's say the solution is not cheap. But you know the IT triangle rule: cheap/fast/good, you can only choose 2.

Commentaires : Es una herramienta que permite gestionar de manera fácil los archivos y correos de los usuarios dentro de la organización, para poder respaldar la información de varios usuarios hay que tener en cuenta el tamaño de los datos para seleccionar los discos donde serán respaldado.

Avantages :

Es fácil la configuración y al dejarlo configurado en un equipo para que solo este descargando la información lo hace de manera conveniente.

Inconvénients :

En algunas ocasiones no me descarga la información completa del OneDrive, ya que solo respalda las carpetas pero sin contenido, sin embargo sale que el proceso se completo correctamente, y para esto debo realizar el mismo ejercicio pero en otro equipo y si descarga correctamente.

Veeam Backup for MS Office 365

Avantages :

Pros definitely include email and MS account backup, including One Drive and MS Teams. Backups are constant, it's automated, so it eliminates the need for manual backups, which we really appreciated. Another advantage is definitely the ease of use and especially restoring the backup whenever needed up to I think 1 month (31 user days). Setting up the backup itself is a very easy process and it's very intuitive. An app that performs its function excellently and does exactly what it is supposed to.

Inconvénients :

At the time of use there was no option to set geo-location, this meant we had to manually set backups to different geo-locations. Setting up MFA was somewhat difficult, but it was manageable. But if I have to sum it up, the pros still outweigh the cons.
