Inconvénients :

Not all alumni will actively engage with the platform, which can result in a skewed representation of the alumni network. Inactive profiles can make it challenging to gauge the true level of engagement.

Commentaires : I am a user I want to stay connected with my classmates eg notice of educational event forums and work opportunities.

Avantages :

I have not used a number of the features, however when I did have questions or suggestions re profiles and events the developer was highly responsive and helpful. More beta/live testing will continue to evolve the software to a more intuitive level

Inconvénients :

I think it could be more intuitive and seamless for the user.

AlumniReach has been very useful when it comes to connecting with current and ex employees

Avantages :

The members, event and jobs features I find most interesting. It's very easy to set up an event or apply for a job and message fellow organisation colleagues.

Inconvénients :

Nothing thus far. Hopefully they will keep up this great job.

There is nothing that I don't like . Whatever we need from the platform as extra we can adjust it anytime. The platform is private and customized!

Commentaires : Great support from the team behind it. An easy to use and effective platform to manage our online community.

Avantages :

Easy to use, and to deploy. Admins have full control and can easily monitor the whole network. The gamification elements with missions and badges is something that you cannot find in most alternatives.

Inconvénients :

It does not offer a native app for android or ios. However as a web-app it is accessible via the browsers on mobile devices.

Great team with vision and commitment to deliver the best tool for managing alumni. The tool is easy to use and the team was very helpful in setting up and training. The community loves the platform and uses it regularly to communicate among themselves.

Commentaires : The platform makes it easy and fun to stay in touch with your old colleagues and friends, and your former employer. You have access to networking events, and new professional opportunities (applications, referrals, etc.)

Avantages :

The map view in the Members directory and the Events section. The tagging function and the personal notebook are useful. The badges/missions function was fun, and the referral mechanism was a fine addition.

Inconvénients :

The integration with social media like Linkedin could be a bit easier to use.

What I like most is the in-app messaging & discussion forums, the location map-view of all alumni and teams as well as the easy-to-use features

Inconvénients :

Honestly there is nothing I can think of. I am totally satisfied.

Commentaires : We were looking for a platform to make the most of our network of alumni and identify new business leads, potential re-hires and enhance our referral programs and improve our employer brand.

Avantages :

Many features to scan your network, assess profiles, and identify the most suitable people to contact for each case. The search is not only criteria matching, but it takes into consideration the activity and engagement of each user on the network, allocating a higher match score to the most active users.

Inconvénients :

The integration with the other professional social networks. Needs to be more automated.

Commentaires : I haven't been using this platform for a long time, but it seems pretty easy and supportive to have the whole list of people you associate with all gathered in one forum. First time to try such a platform and we are more than happy

Some automatically sent emails end up in spam folders. Should be checked
