Used stora from start up

Commentaires : I chose stora as my self-storage management software for my start up. Best decision I've made. The support is incredible, and very necessary for me, being new to the market. Stora walk the walk, using the software themselves to manage storage facilities, hence they know what they are talking about are on the same page as me as a customer.

Avantages :

Easy to use, all the features I need excellent integration with other software

Inconvénients :

A pictorial view of my facility would be a great feature, to see at a glance what units are available or occupied.

Avantages :

Stora is a great platform for newcomers to the self storage industry. In a nutshell it is the quickest and easiest way to get your self storage business up and running given that it includes a website and booking system. Most other software options would require separate websites and booking system integrations at significant cost.

Inconvénients :

There are a number of features missing that are available on other platforms but Stora is launching new features on a regular basis. Reporting could also be better to give a more detailed view of the business operations.

Stora was a good option for a small self storage facility

Avantages :

Stora was less expensive than many competitors and super easy to use!

Inconvénients :

Felt that reporting and use was limited, missing options that larger software products provide and are essential for multi-property investors.

As the newest entrant to the Self Storage Software market, we have lacked some of the features multi-property operators have come to expect from the tools they're typically used to. The good news is we've been hard at work on these. We've already launched our Facility Maps product, and are well underway with what we believe will be the most advanced Reporting tool in the industry. Why wouldn’t you use stora?

Commentaires : Currently writing this review from the other side of the world! Stora allows me to travel, whilst managing my facility from anywhere in the world. When I got into the self storage industry, I planned to create a fully automated facility that I could manage from anywhere. As an electrician I believed I could create something amazing, then I heard about Stora, and soon realised they had already done all of the hard work! I have zero employees.My occupancy levels are consistently high.My stress levels are consistent low.Stora are constantly adapting and making sure they are at the forefront of their industry My only question to any self storage owner would be…. Why wouldn’t you use stora?

Avantages :

booking system is v good. The integration with stripe is great.

Inconvénients :

website is poor. Issues with google ads with reported lower success rate.

It's an interesting point you raise regarding the Google Ads issue, we haven't had any other customers report similar problems. Your website should meet all of Google's technical requirements, so it might be worth having a chat with your agency to see if there are any tweaks they can make to improve your landing pages for specific ad campaigns. New start up business instant deployment

Avantages :

Plug and play, We are a new business and wanted to be up and running with a website and online booking system from day 1. Within 24 hours we were live and able to taker online booking from customers. The back end is second to none and what yo would want from a modern online store. They are aware of the limitations of the front end and have a pathway of continuous improvement that will address some fog the short falls. There is a constant flow of new features being deployed which give us more and more functionality, feels like we are backing the right business for the future by being on board with Stora.

Inconvénients :

The front end is work in progress and at the stage has its limitations. That said, we did not have the time to write our own website and then integrate the Stora back end so it was great for us. In addition, it is a highly SEO efficient website so that is a big plus when google searches are a big part of the source of customers.

Choose Stora

Commentaires : Working with Stora is great. The software is robust and the help and support is second to none. Stora has a solid roadmap and actively listens to the concerns and needs of it's customer like no other platform provider out there.

Avantages :

The ease with which it can be set up and implemented. If I ever have a query or question, they respond straightaway with a solution.

Inconvénients :

It needs to be more intergrated with the Noke system. It would be great if it were a one-stop-shop plarform, so that payments, access control, accounting modules were available.

Great software

Avantages :

Given that this is our first storage operation, we weren't totally sure on what we need. Stora gave us an off-the-shelf solution that was easy to use and has everything we need to get going. It integrates seamlessly with other core systems such as Noke and payments. Also we can be involved in the development of features going forward to keep the system evolving over time.

Inconvénients :

You can always tell a Stora site online - they all look very similar

Software runs the the sales, management, etc. Put simply runs everything you need to operate a self storage facility.

Inconvénients :

This is a simple to use platform that's straightforward and responsive. The support is excellent

Commentaires : Stora has been a game changer for us in the management of our storage facilities.
The huge benefit is the facility to see occupancy and also the massive time savings in administration.

Avantages :

We started using Stora after meeting [SENSITIVE CONTENT] at the Fedessa trade show in September. Easy to use, good management information, and [SENSITIVE CONTENT has, and continues to, guide us through every step.

Inconvénients :

The deposit function will be great when it is up and running on Stora.

Great easy to use to product with a simple to use interface.

Commentaires : We use Stora to manage our self storage facility. As the platform is web based we are able to use anywhere and at anytime. It's very easy for customers to use and take out a self storage facility plan via the platform.

Avantages :

Interface, it's well layout and simple to learn quickly.

Inconvénients :

Additional self storage functionality, charging customers weekly, charging for a storage deposit.
