NPF - Solution for Education Institution

Easy to Use. Lead Nurturing Feature. Lead Activity Timelines.

Inconvénients :

Monopoly in Increasing the prices (SMS, WhatsApp) or charges on online payment. Can not track the Raw Data nurturing activity (like we can not do effective nurturing using RAW Data communication).

Room for Improvement in the area of multi-party collaboration

Commentaires : We have two service providers for Admission Management. Meritto handles our Applications stage, upto issuing of Hall Tickets for our Entrance Exams, SNUCEE. Another Service Provider handles the conduction of SNUCEE and this required a great amount of collaboration in data transfer from Meritto portal to this Service Provider's system. We find that there is a huge room for improvement for handling this collaboration, so that the user (SNUC) has complete peace of mind. It would also be very helpful if Metritto can adopt a more "flexible" approach to back-end support for users who may not be as resource-rich as some other large customers. The support may come at an extra cost but the option must be available if the customer so desires. Meritto's current inflexible approach puts customers like SNUC at a disadvantage. However, our overall experience with Meritto team that connects with us (Mohan & Pavithra) is absolutely outstanding. They have always tried their best to extend urgent support to us whenever required, to alleviate the challenge that we have faced from time to time.

Commentaires : All in all, it's good. Does what it says it will do on the can, and goes many steps further.

Avantages :

Designed specifically for Form management for colleges and schools, NPF is really good at doing what it does. Over the years, it has been expanding its niche and can now handle the entire chain from lead generation, assignment, nurturing and application to interview and assessment, offer dispatch and acceptance as well as token fee in one single package.

Inconvénients :

Some features feel redundant or pointless. Login sessions time out really quickly. It has a checkbox for "Remember me on this computer" during login, but leave your session untouched for 30 mins and you get logged out.Sometimes, working with large numbers of data, it can get bogged down and slow. Sometimes, this could be avoided if search and reassignment rules were changed.

Commentaires : I had come across this NPF in the year 2019 and NPF team have customized their product to my online education admission in a much shorter time with wonderful support. I strongly recommend the present customized NPF - Online Education for other institutions also.

Avantages :

Form Filling : Self supportive form with lesser intervention by call center Complete Solution: Smooth Lead generation-management to final admission along with Fee management helped to complete the sales with lesser dropouts in the process. Dashboard for admin: Analytics available in the dashboard are helpful for remote controlling & monitoring especially for online education.

Inconvénients :

Collecting Feedback from candidates about their admission experience can be improved upon and shall be available in the dashboard in graphical representation.
