Avantages :

The team is always helpful and patient with me, I am treated with respect, valued and encouraged.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing that disatisfies me. The team has addressed any concerns or questions that I have had and they are always available to schedule any needed appointments. In addition their response time to my emails is fast, and that's important to me.

I love how simple and straightforward the FitBudd platform is. I also love their customer service. Very responsive and helpful!

Inconvénients :

That I haven’t worked through scaling my business using the platform but that’s likely on my end

It's pretty good for the most part. I wish they listened to us coaches more for updates

Inconvénients :

I wish the coaches had more flexibility on our personal app. Such as changing colors and fixing wrong things such as macros and stuff. I also don't need the workouts. It also dosent feel like they really listen to us coaches for upgrades we would like. That part is the most frustrating

Adding videos and saving programs is a must. Clients live the built in timer and can watch the demos on screen.

Support is great when I have questions or tech issues. My clients like the app. I Iike the preloaded exercises. Its user friendly.

Inconvénients :

I wish the website had more customization to be able to sell more items other than the training. Such as downloadable guides. I wish the option to have a customized app in the app store was a paid option to add to any plan vs the highest plan only. I also wish the resources could be more customized by plan or client. Its only an option for highest level. There are workarounds Ive figured out off the app but an all in one place would save me time.

Commentaires : FitBudd helps me integrate all of my Personal training and Virtual training task into one platform. It makes it very easy for myself and clients .Workouts,schedules, diets,advice, motivation,assessments,meal prep, forms, plans ,billing and a task of other features are all included. This frees me up to concentrate more on my clients.That's what matters most!

This app is trainer and client friendly. The ease of signing up new clients and navigating the app is a big plus to my clients.I love the functionality of the app as well.It offers many features not found in other fitness app platforms I've tried.Customer service is top notch as well

I appreciate the functionality of being able to customize workout schedules, nutrition plans, and supplement regimens for my clients. The onboarding tool streamlines the process, ensuring efficiency from the moment I receive a lead via email. Once onboarded, it becomes effortless to tailor their schedule accordingly. All that remains is a brief video orientation to acquaint them with the app and clarify expectations. Furthermore, the client management tab provides invaluable insight into client engagement. I can easily monitor who is actively utilizing the app and adhering to their schedules, as well as identify clients who may require additional support if they are less engaged. Crafting personalized workout routines is straightforward, and I appreciate the ease of uploading supplementary resources for their benefit. The simplicity of website creation and the flexibility to make updates as needed further enhance the overall user experience.

Inconvénients :

Having previously utilized Trainerize, I've noticed that the FitBudd trainer app is lacking crucial features. Specifically, I find it inconvenient that I cannot assign, edit, or modify programs for clients using the trainer app; these functions are only accessible via computer. The website does not have an option where I can paste CSS codes such as a customer service bubble that a lead who might need immediate help on the website can easily access.

Avantages :

Fit Budd has a comprehensive exercise library with hundreds of animated exercises that highlight which muscle groups are targeted. Assembling workouts is super easy and the custom app and website are incredible. Absolutely everything I need to deliver the highest level of service and support to my clients is all in one place: video calls, chat, workouts, nutrition and food tracking, my personal resource libraries, and more. It's incredible!

Inconvénients :

The only thing I'd like to see in Fit Budd is a way to add daily habits for clients. For example, if I want one of my clients to practice meditation for 5min every day, I'd like to put that in their schedule. Then, it could show up on the home page of their app with a check box, so they can select when they've completed the task for the day, along with their workouts and food tracking.

Great Trainer App

Commentaires : Definitely makes handling online training a thousand times easier. It takes the fear out of scaling your business to deal with a large number of clients

Very easy software to use. Everything is pretty straightforward.

Inconvénients :

The only issue which isn't really issue was just remembering to add foods to the database first to implement them into a plan. Very minor.

The customer service is top notch. And how open they are to CLIENT suggestions and I look forward to them applying some of our suggestions to make the app and the service even better.

Inconvénients :

The customization of the website could be better. Would love to track volume in progress as well as just reps and sets. It can be a bit much to navigate in the beginning, but once you learn how everything is formatted, it becomes easier.

Avantages :

I love that the app is very simple to see what is needed of you each day, and adding pictures allows you to customize the feel to your individual business. Creating an app is INCREDIBLY hard to do yourself for the non-tech trainer. Fitbudd takes all the tech away so you can focus on your training!

Inconvénients :

I least liked that my clients cannot log their own workouts, and that the programs do not load to their accounts as soon as they sign up. I also struggled with the clients not being able to see their past workout progress... BUT I was incredibly impressed that the owner was able to tell me when these features would be added, so I can plan my life accordingly. And they are all in the next 6 months which really excite me! I appreciate that the company is small enough that they are willing to take our requests so seriously.

If I had to pick something, I guess the fact that workout schedules are done weekly/bi weekly etc. it’s sometime a hassle if you want someone to do a 4 day workout program that is 4 days training, 1 day rest, 4 days training, 1 day rest etc.

Commentaires : The support at Fitbudd has been great. Its all been pretty easy to learn and get used to. For me its a time issue as someone who owns a studio. I would like to know all the ins and puts and I feel like im slowly learning with the time I have.

Avantages :

I switched from PT distinction because I love that my app would be visible in the app store. Its very user friendly and easy to look at. I like using this product.

Inconvénients :

I would like to be able to create meals in the app to repeat them easily. It would be great if we could set up certain days as rest every week without having to do it manually for clients that a create weekly workouts for.
