En savoir plus sur Microsoft OneNote
Microsoft OneNote est une application de prise de notes numérique très fonctionnelle qui permet d'organiser, de partager et de collaborer dans le cadre de la réalisation de projets.
Like the rest of Microsoft Office, OneNote has a ton of features and integration with existing Microsoft software, making going between programs like excel and word nearly seamless.
Once you build that “universe,” it can become very complicated to navigate. Sometimes I forget how I got to the place I originally set up and it can be frustrating.

Moyenne satisfaite

Avantages :
J'adore utiliser cet outil chaque jour.

My Personal Experience with Microsoft OneNote
Commentaires : Overall, Microsoft OneNote is an incredibly useful and powerful note-taking tool. It is versatile, customizable, and feature-rich, and is perfect for any user who needs a comprehensive way to capture and organize their thoughts and ideas.
Avantages :
Microsoft OneNote is an incredibly versatile and user-friendly note-taking program that allows users to quickly and easily capture notes and ideas. The platform is highly customizable and allows for a wide range of features such as templates, text formatting, password protection, and more.
Inconvénients :
Despite its many positive features, Microsoft OneNote can be a bit difficult to navigate and can be overwhelming for new users. Additionally, certain features require a subscription in order to access them.

Always weak on version history and restoration, now it's abysmal. Go at your own risk!
Commentaires : Onenote promises to be a great collaboration tool, especially integrated into Teams, but unfortunately, falls short of the mark in the most sensitive of areas, synchronization, back up, version history and restore across multiple users and platforms. On more than one occasion Onenote has lost whole sections of pages in the synch process across platforms and users. Sections that simply disappeared even from the restore and deleted pages sections. That's weeks of labor with clients who are no longer available for that portion of the project work.
Avantages :
Interface is fantastic. Collaboration across users was great. But with Android, Teams, Desktop and Web versions, significant behind-the-scenes back up, synchronization, and restoration have all been dangerously degraded.
Inconvénients :
Back up, restore and version history features, including sharing pages, have all been degraded functions making Onenote extremely vulnerable to crashes and data loss. Now, the tools only work reliably for the single user on a single machine.

OneNote drives productivity among our project team with its incredible note-taking experience.
Commentaires : I'm quite satisfied with the overall functionality & the work management achieved thanks to OneNote's robust data-handling & collaboration capabilities. Furthermore, the software pioneers in its flexible note-sharing options where notes can either be shared as files of different formats or as accessible links. That said, I'm gaining a whole lot of features from an out-of-the-box free-of-charge software is more than enough reason to compel any user to at least give it a try.
Avantages :
OneNote is like a virtual whiteboard that collectively stores our ideas, tasks & file attachments of our current & accomplished construction projects in a singular platform accessible anywhere across any device. The user interface is generally butter-smooth & works amazingly well in split-screen mode on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra phone using the S-Pen to jot notes & drag photos & files from the file manager or gallery to the OneNote application. It's a productivity-centric utility that's practically indispensable for my daily tasks.
Inconvénients :
As of the 22H2 Windows 10 update on my laptop, I've started noticing notes take a bit longer to synchronize my work in order to resume collaboration with the project team. I hope this gets resolved in a future software update on Windows. The mobile & web versions work great though.

My Review for Microsoft OneNote
Avantages :
It is easy to use and you can access your notes from different devices if you can connect to the internet.
Inconvénients :
Nothing at the moment that I dislike since it can do what I need it to do; note taking and back up the notes.

Unlock Your Full Potential With Microsoft OneNote
Commentaires : My overall experience with Microsoft OneNote has been very positive. I find the interface to be intuitive and straightforward, and the features are easy to use. I also appreciate the ability to sync notes across multiple devices and the ability to share notes with other users. The integration with other Microsoft products, such as Word and Outlook, has been beneficial for me. I have found the notebook organization structure to be helpful in keeping my notes organized and easy to find. Finally, I appreciate the fact that OneNote is free and can be used with both Windows and Mac computers.
Avantages :
Microsoft OneNote is designed with a very user-friendly interface, making it easy to use for even the most novice computer user. Microsoft OneNote is compatible with Mac, PC, iOS, and Android devices, allowing users to access their OneNote documents and notes from any device. Microsoft OneNote allows users to organize their notes with notebooks, tabs, and pages. This makes it easy to find specific notes or documents. Microsoft OneNote allows users to collaborate and share notes with other users. This feature makes it easy for teams to work together on projects and documents. Microsoft OneNote can be used for a variety of different tasks such as taking notes, creating to-do lists, organizing research, and creating presentations.
Inconvénients :
Microsoft OneNote has limited integration with other Microsoft applications, making it difficult to collaborate with colleagues. The user interface of OneNote can be quite confusing, especially for first-time users. OneNote can be quite slow, especially when dealing with large amounts of data.

Using Microsoft OneNote as a Student
Commentaires : Microsoft OneNote is a tool that has both its strengths and weaknesses. On the one hand, its user-friendly interface, the ability to create and manage multiple notebooks for different classes, and the ability to insert images, record audio, and collaborate with classmates make it a valuable resource for students. On the other hand, the software can sometimes be slow, the search function can be limited, and synchronization between devices can be unreliable at times.
Avantages :
I have found Microsoft OneNote to be an indispensable tool for staying organized and on top of my work. Its easy-to-use interface makes it simple to manage multiple notebooks for different classes and projects, and the ability to insert images, record audio, and collaborate with classmates is a huge plus. I highly recommend OneNote to anyone looking to boost their productivity and stay on top of their academic pursuits.
Inconvénients :
The software can sometimes be slow or laggy, especially when trying to open large notebooks with a lot of information. Also, finding specific notes or sections can be challenging if you have a large number of notebooks, as the search function can be limited. Additionally, there have been times where the synchronization between devices has failed, causing me to lose some of my work. Despite these issues, I still find OneNote to be a valuable tool for students, but it's worth considering these potential drawbacks.

A very useful digital notebook
Commentaires : Onenote is a tool that I use every day. It is my digital notebook that I can easily organize and save, without the fear of losing information. I share my different ideas with friends and colleagues. And it also serves as a backup tool for important information. I highly recommend it
Avantages :
The notepad, improved version, which I prefer. I like Onenote. I use it as a notepad on which I write down the first idea that comes to my mind, a piece of information that is whispered in my ear and that I don't want to forget, and many others. It is very easy to use and is available on all supports (Windows, Android, iOS, web, etc.). And what's even cooler, once you connect it to your Windows Live ID account, you can retrieve all your doodles anywhere you want or transfer it to someone else. The application itself is very simple and user-friendly. It has several other features and it allows you to organize your notes in pages and sections. A really useful tool
Inconvénients :
For the moment, this tool suits me well, I have nothing to complain about

Amazing for managing notes and task management
Commentaires : OneNote is amazing for taking notes and assigning tasks. Maintaining multiple notebooks makes it super easy to organise notes/information and also share relevant notebooks.
Avantages :
The ability to have multiple notebooks really helps organise information effectively. The fact that tasks can be quickly created and assigned, notes shared, makes collaboration super easy.
Inconvénients :
Not possible to share a single page but instead a Notebook has to be shared with another user.

Avantages :
Keeping my research notes synced and searchable. Easy access. Security.
Inconvénients :
One note-worthy con (punn intended): Changes were made that basically limit you to link sharing. In certain situations it can be problematic and a sort of a speed bump or stumbling block in your everyday work routine.

OneNote - Unified Resource
Commentaires : Overall, using OneNote for our team document/process library has been helpful because it's a central place for a wide variety of information and documents that were formerly in many different places. It can sometimes be tricky to decide how to organize the notebooks because there are so many section and page options, and sometimes content is relevant to more than one section - however, the search function is usually quite reliable.
Avantages :
The search features of OneNote are very useful. I like using OneNote for my meeting notes, as they are easily searchable and I can organize them in various ways. It's also nice to use OneNote for our team process manual/helpful notes/new hire checklists/etc. We use OneNote as a centralized document library because it is easy to search and share content.
Inconvénients :
We run into frequent sync issues with shared notebooks, so it can be challenging to know if all team members are seeing the same content. Not sure if this is a PC issue, a security issue or a OneNote issue - our IT help desk offers various solutions that work for some users but not for others. It would be nice if the sync error notification was more obvious to let you know you're viewing outdated content.

Not my favorite for note compilation
Commentaires : I used it for managing email templates, project notes, and the like. I didn't like having to sync with my other devices and having things be changed in two places = sync issues.
Avantages :
it comes with office 365, so I used it...as it was already on all the computers I had. I didn't have to install another piece of software or pay for another subscription.
Inconvénients :
Your data is stored in a clunky "onenotes" notebook file -- and it is (or was?) difficuly to sync to other devices

OneNote for Tutors
Commentaires : Overall, I would like to recommend everyone to use this app to prepare your notes. It's very handy and versatile.
Avantages :
There are may features of Onenote which makes it useful like: 1. Clippers, which allow to move data from any browser to OneNote. 2. Can be used in multiple devices simulatneosly. 3. Allows to add Multimedia. 4. Doesn't have formatting contraint. 5. Document Management , division on basis of subject, Notebook, Pages. 6. Flexible formatting option. 7. Works very well in laptop, pc, android tab and mobile. 8. Can use Digital Pen.
Inconvénients :
The Synchronisation with cloud features lags a lot. Many times doesn't works properly. Have to click sync many times and have to wait if internet is slow.

My favorite software of all time
Commentaires : In spite of the storage restrictions, OneNote is still my absolute favorite tool for document management, note-taking, and data storage. While other programs like Evernote or Google Keep provide similar services, OneNote definitely stands above the competition in almost every way imaginable.
Avantages :
I love everything about Microsoft OneNote, but I especially use it for the purpose of document management. Any information I find across the internet or elsewhere always ends up within OneNote. There's not a piece a of information I can't somehow incorporate into OneNote.
Inconvénients :
My main issue with OneNote is the fact that it's storage is dependent upon OneDrive's storage space. This leads to OneNote being maxed out if my OneDrive is completely full, or if you only have a free version of OneDrive which only allows 5GB of storage.

Robust for Note Taking and Task Management, but incredibly slow
Commentaires : I have been able to stay better organized especially with using the to-do list, and I consistently recommend it to my colleagues despite the issues (lagging/freezing and different versions causing confusion) that I have experienced.
Avantages :
I regularly use (and recommend to my colleagues) the templates for to-do lists within One Note, specifically the prioritized to-do list template which automatically inserts High, Medium and Low priority groupings into a to-do list where you can easily add, move (via drag/drop) and check off items. Because of the ability to create multiple notebooks, have individual tabs within the notebooks, and then individual pages within the tabs, there is the ability to manage and organize the notes and to-do lists very granularly. The digital notes sync across all devices so you are able to add/view/update notes from anywhere that you have access to the app.
Inconvénients :
The app consistently freezes when doing even the most minor of tasks. I will access it to enter in a new note, the app will freeze and lag sometimes as long as 30 seconds before the changes I've made appear on screen. Additionally, we have regular issues where users across our organization are seeing entirely disparate versions of the software. It is not as simple as the GUI being slightly different, but that they have an entirely different layout and it appears that they have different levels of functionality which has caused frequent issues with training and adoption. Now, that may be in part an IT issue on our end if users are getting different versions installed when they begin - however, it's a cloud-based service and I don't think it is acceptable that we could have such issues. There should be a way to update from the app to the latest version.

Microsoft OneNote, optimal Note taking and organization app
Commentaires : Overall my experience with Microsoft OneNote is a good one. I do enjoy using this system and application as a primary notetaking resource. For the cost, I do believe that it can be Utilized very broadly and that makes it worth it, however For students or organizations that do not supply this app it may be A cost that students cannot afford otherwise. In addition I would recommend to utilize a service that allows Alumni to also benefit from some student benefit for a period of time after they no longer have access to their university email because of the fact that a lot of the times students that are recent alumni are still using Microsoft and need a little bit of a longer window before being asked to pay for their own subscription .
Avantages :
In general Microsoft OneNote is my go to and favorite notetaking app as a professional student. I find that the ability to hyper organize by topic and category allows me to keep my notes organized. In addition the ability to utilize both type to text features on top of the ability to use Apple Pencil allows me to truly customize my notes as I see fit.
Inconvénients :
The things that I liked Lisa about the software are that once the Notes sizes get to be quite large downloading these notes from the cloud does seem to take an extremely long time. And when they are downloading from the cloud you do not have access to work on those notes. Or changes that you make might not be synchronized when you reopen the app either from another device or once they do download from the cloud. In addition in order to utilize the software you do need to have a Microsoft software subscription to use on safe for example an iPad with the Microsoft OneNote app. For a student who may not be able to afford it it is a pretty big lump sum. However I will say that because of the fact that a lot of universities and corporations supply Microsoft for their students and employees it allows students to continue to utilize it.

OneNote, a multipurpose 21st Century Tool for Lifelong Learners
Commentaires : I plan my classes and curate content. OneNote has helped me shape the way I organize and manage my classes and curate content as a participant, presenter and author. I can search content in all my notebooks in a very short time, create portfolios of learning progress over years, move, copy, archive and delete sections or pages. Digital ink, lasso conversion, linked notes, degrees of privacy, audio and video recordings, printouts, symbols, emoji, stickers, equations, drawing, dictionary tools with Thesaurus, immersive reader with speed and voice control, identification of main parts of speech, reading line focus, visual vocabulary input and image to text conversion are some of the most valuable features allowing the promotion , development and assessment of main 21st Century hard and soft skills in PBL ( Project Based Learning) , Remote Learning and Home Office Work. The Send to OneNote feature in different formats makes it unique since users can annotate their bookmarks and enhance them with extra content . App smashing through OneNote it effective since it allows multiple integrations with LMS, platforms like Buncee ,Wakelet, Office apps, Flipgrid, Genially, Whiteboard.chat, Kahoot, Quizlet, Sketchfab, PhET interactive simulations, Adobe Spark, EdPuzzle, Playposit, etc.
Avantages :
I like everything. It helps me organize content, plan, deliver & assess learning paths, keep records of multimedia resources supporting learning beyond school walls through assistive technology, data management with support and feedback to allow student voice, choice and agency as well as autonomous learning.
Inconvénients :
I only dislike the fact that I did not use it as a student. I wish I had had such a powerful learning app at school. It is permanently adding new features to make learning accessible, memorable and enjoyable not only for students but for PD , content curation and regular use at home.

All your notes in one place
Commentaires : OneNotres has been a part of my arsenal of tools for the enterprise environment. I have used it on a personal level as well. I have used both the loal and cloud version, choosing the cloud due to my ability to access from any device. You can also add a local copy, depending on your subscription level, and sync your online content to your local machine. This helps in keeping your data in 2 places at once.
Avantages :
Microsoft OneNotes offer a single place to enter, manage and access all your notes. It provides flexibility in how you organize your content. From simple note taking to more complex graphics and images, OneNotes lets you organize in efficient ways. The use of tags helps you find what you need across multiple notebooks, section and pages. No more having to navigate through complex and cumbersome folder hierarchies. OneNotes is a massive repository tool that takes the place of many other tools. Using OneNotes rids you of separate Tasks or To Do lists, file repositories, and even digital media. OneNotes lets you combine all your electronic files into a single place and manage it in a way that works for you. This level of flexibility is what gives OneNotes the power it has and its popularity.
Inconvénients :
OneNotes tend to have a different layout between the online version and the downloaded version. This might bring some confusion to some users. Microsoft is moving more towards the cloud, and until this becomes the norm and their downloadable applications can mimic the cloud experience, there might be a bit of a learning curve.
