En savoir plus sur Microsoft Planner
Microsoft Planner est une nouvelle application de Microsoft qui aide les équipes à organiser leurs tâches.
The platform's user-friendly interface and intuitive design made it simple for me to create and manage tasks, set deadlines, and track progress.
It is limited, and i assume as the product develops more and more, the cons i do have will go away.

Perfect for Current Office 365 Users
Commentaires : I enjoyed my time using Microsoft Planner and I continue to use it now when completing projects with others who are more familiar with that over other products. Though other products offer more features, Microsoft Planner is a great resource for any business that already pays for Office 365, as it is included and you do not need to pay for any additional software.
Avantages :
I loved that I could setup a project plan and assign tasks to individuals. I also like that you can group tasks for different categories, including individuals, task type, priority, etc.
Inconvénients :
Though there are many views to choose from, with Board being my go to, I didn't love the UI of the calendar. I wanted a good visual on the calendar to share with others, but the design was a bit simple.

The best task manager at your hands.
Commentaires : For task management it is a super good tool, it is very complete and the integration with 365 due to being from the same manufacturer makes it one of the most complete and easy on the market
Avantages :
What we like most about this tool is that we can integrate it with the complete Microsoft suite, that is, 365, a set of tools that make tasks easy to manage, assign and administer.
Inconvénients :
It is a very good tool but I feel that it would be more complete if we could assign tickets and manage projects in a more complete way
Best Project planning tool for a team from Micorosft
Commentaires : Best tool for having a productive team , easy to add and create tasks ,. Assigning to user sand having a central view really help's to improve the productivity.
Avantages :
Best Microsoft tool for Managing project , great to create boards and create , assign task to users. Has great integration with outlook . Included in the office 365 suite , doesn't require additional licenses.
Inconvénients :
Has limited features when compared to Trello or click up.
Basic Functionality, Limited Scalability
Commentaires : Microsoft Planner serves as a rudimentary tool for project management, best suited for simple tasks. It falls short in providing the necessary tools for managing larger or more complex projects, which significantly hampers its usability in more demanding scenarios.
Avantages :
The integration with other Microsoft products is seamless, which facilitates some level of convenience in managing straightforward projects or small teams.
Inconvénients :
Microsoft Planner's functionality is quite basic, which becomes evident when scaling project complexity or team size. Its limited features make it challenging to effectively manage projects with more than two people, as it lacks robust options for assigning people and setting due dates to subtasks, which are crucial for detailed project management.
A Well-grounded Task Management Software.
Commentaires : Team can collaborate seamlessly on task assignments with Microsoft Planner.
Avantages :
With Microsoft Planner, It is simple to organize and manage daily tasks effectively. It is simple to prioritize important tasks with Microsoft Planner.I can easily plan, create and assign tasks with Microsoft Planner.
Inconvénients :
I haven't encountered any challenges with Microsoft Planner as it meets my task management needs.
A better board than Trello? Still missing one thing.
Commentaires : We've been using Planner for several years to manage publishing projects and event tasks.
Avantages :
The obvious argument for Planner is its integration with the Office/365 suite. Planner comes with our 365 subscription and is available to all our team members. The integration with Microsoft Teams is very good, and, importantly, Planner tasks show up in Microsoft To-Do. So it plays nicely with this environment.Aside from integrations, Planner provides a really nice board experience and a competent list view.
Inconvénients :
Planner is less actively developed than similar products from other companies. It's greatest weakness, in my opinion: there is no way to see all the tasks assigned to another person. Nor is it possible to search through all plans to find a task. (I can, however, see all tasks assigned to me in a unified view.)The effect of this is to silo each plan. If I need to find a task, but am not sure in which plan it exists, I'm reduced to looking through multiple plans or purchasing Apps4Pro's Planner Manager add-on.

Review of Microsoft Planner
Commentaires : Overall I am very satisfied as this help us to finish our task in the convenient manner and also we can keep an eye on the tasks assigned to the team.
Avantages :
Creating, assigning, and arranging taks using Microsoft Planner is very easy. A team can organize their tasks, collaborate and coordinate with ease, and track the status of their tasks assigned with the help of the program.
Inconvénients :
Limited information in the App and sub tasks can't be assigned and intergrated in Mobile version.

It is easy to use and very useful for daily work
Commentaires : We use Microsoft Planner as a kanban tool for the project. Everyboy in the team can view the assigned tasks, we can schedule the tasks and we can tdo tracking of the task status. We use this tool every day.
Avantages :
It is very easy to use and the entire team uses it daily.
Inconvénients :
The export options for exporting tasks to file. In previous versions this option wasn't available, but now it is available.
Microsoft Planner: Surprisingly Effective
Avantages :
I was reluctant to switch from Asana, which I considered the gold standard as a project management platform. However, Planner constantly impresses me by having functionalities I would not have expected it to have, or that I only expected Asana and other dedicated programs to have (rather than one aspect of the Microsoft Suite).
Inconvénients :
Microsoft Planner has all the key functionalities it needs, and more than I would have expected; but, it falls short on user experience. I used to want to plan everything in Asana because it was a little gamified. I am happy to use the Planner when it makes sense to, but I don't go out of my way to.

Fills a hole (just)
Commentaires : Basic - to the point of not using it after a few initial attempts. The limitations made its use pointless. I recommend Trello over Planner to colleagues.
Avantages :
MS Planner is a bare bones planner tool. It does the basics of creating tasks and allocating them with, or without schedules. It triggers reminder emails and has basic dashboard views for users to see where their efforts need to be directed.
Inconvénients :
When using this product with an O365 licence it requires the plan to be associated with a Team (group). I don't understand why it simply can't be associated to my account. Linking it to a group enables the group members to see and edit what is in the plan. There's no security that will allow me to enable plan access to specific team members - so it can't serve a subgroup of the Team. You also cannot have a plan for Private Teams Channels - who are, again, a subgroup of the Team. So you can't build the plan privately or share it privately. This is a major shortcoming.

Microsoft Planner! Start Here! Planning is essential in today's business & personal success!
Commentaires : It is a great business & personal tool. There some amazing things that can help keep you on track.
Avantages :
Ease of use, all in one place, sharing and collaborating capabilities, online,
Inconvénients :
I have another planner that I integrate with this one and I love it a little bit more.
Microsoft Planner: an efficient solution for managing projects and tasks in teams.
Avantages :
User-friendly interface: The simplicity of the Microsoft Planner user interface is one of the features I like. We can easily create tasks, organise them into lists and assign them to team members.Integration with Microsoft Teams: Microsoft Planner integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, making team collaboration easy. Team members can access tasks and to-do lists directly in Teams, without having to switch between applications.Advanced collaboration features: Microsoft Planner offers many collaboration features that make teamwork easier. For example, team members can add comments on tasks, upload files, and receive real-time notifications for task updates.Project management flexibility: Microsoft Planner offers great flexibility in project management. Users can organise tasks and to-do lists according to their specific needs, and use labels and filters to prioritise tasks.Integration with the rest of the Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft Planner also integrates with other applications in the Microsoft ecosystem, such as Outlook, SharePoint and OneNote. This allows users to stay productive by using applications they already know.Ultimately, Microsoft Planner is a powerful and flexible tool that offers a wide range of project management and collaboration capabilities for teams of all sizes.
Inconvénients :
Customisation limitations: I found Microsoft Planner to be quite limited in terms of customisation. For example, it is not possible to customise list or table views, or to create custom templates for tasks.Limitations in reporting features: Some users reported that the reporting features of Microsoft Planner are quite limited. It is not possible to generate custom reports or export data for further analysis.Difficulties in managing complex projects: Microsoft Planner is a fairly simple project management tool, which can make managing complex projects quite difficult. We find it difficult to keep track of tasks in complex projects involving many team members and many steps.Limitations in managing dependencies: Microsoft Planner does not support the management of dependencies between tasks, so we have to find ways to manage dependencies manually.
MS Planner for Task Management
Commentaires : Most MS products are simple and practical thanks to the user interface. Thanks to its integration with other MS products, it can provide fast and easy solutions. It has a simple and easy distribution platform. Fast and easy integration into the system is also preferred.
Avantages :
It is a business management software offered under MS Office 365. As with all MS products, this software was very easy to deploy and manage cloud-based. Like every MS product, this product is very functional as it integrates with other MS products and can work together. Managing existing teams is at a simple, practical and easy-to-manage level for business planning and task distribution. It has a user-friendly interface thanks to its task assignment, support for different languages, and simple interface.
Inconvénients :
For those who have not used the Office 365 Platform before, it may seem difficult to use. However, you can quickly adapt to the system after experiencing it for a few days.
Streamlining Task Management with Microsoft Planne
Commentaires : Microsoft Planner is a valuable project management tool that excels in simplifying task and project management, particularly for small to mid-sized teams. Its seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 apps enhances collaboration and communication. The user-friendly interface makes it accessible to users of all levels of expertise.
Avantages :
Planner seamlessly integrates with other Microsoft 365 applications, creating a unified ecosystem for project management. The ability to link tasks, files, and conversations directly from Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft apps streamlines collaboration and enhances productivity.
Inconvénients :
Microsoft Planner lacks advanced Gantt chart capabilities. While it's suitable for simple project timelines, more complex projects might require a dedicated project management tool like Microsoft Project
Efficiency and Organization: A Student's Take on Microsoft Planner
Commentaires : Overall, as a student, my experience with Microsoft Planner was very positive. The platform provided me with a simple and effective way to manage my tasks and collaborate with my team, which helped me stay organized and on top of my work. Despite a few limitations, I found Microsoft Planner to be a valuable tool that made it easier for me to succeed in my studies.
Avantages :
I liked how Microsoft Planner made it easy for me to stay organized and on top of my tasks. The platform's user-friendly interface and intuitive design made it simple for me to create and manage tasks, set deadlines, and track progress. I also appreciated the ability to collaborate with my team on tasks and projects, which made it easy for us to stay on the same page and ensure that nothing fell through the cracks.
Inconvénients :
The only thing I didn't like about Microsoft Planner was that some of its features and capabilities could be a bit limited. For example, I would have liked to be able to include more detailed information about each task, such as subtasks and notes. Additionally, I found that some of the mobile app's features were not as robust as the desktop version, which made it a bit harder to manage tasks on-the-go.
