Avantages :

Customer support: They have responded within few hours and was available on the phone / Skype whenever I needed them. Software: They offer integrations with all the main marketplaces and there isn't any limitation on the number of users. for each marketplace. They have templates for each situation you may encounter as a business such as an invoice, PO and many more. It's possible to export any information you need, create new orders via their system which is very valuable to manufacturers, as they work with Dealers. Price: I've checked all their competitors: Skubana, Zentail, SolidCommerce, Sellbrite and more, and I can tell you with complete confidence that at this time, Orderhive offers the best price for the features they provide. Ease of use: Their system is more advanced than most of their competition. They provide many features so it takes few days to get the hang of it but in return, you have control of everything. Their only real competition, in my opinion, is Sellbrite but the price difference doesn't justify it. My overall impression of them is very good and I suggest that if you manage more than two marketplaces and have an issue maintaining inventory count, try them. I'm certain you won't regret it.

Inconvénients :

In my opinion, they are missing a listing tool, better analytics tools, and PO to be a complete package but I'm not complaining since you can solve two of those issues with a little bit of knowledge in Excel.

For the money Orderhive works better than some really expensive programs we have tried.

Commentaires : Orderhive is an overall great value. Its inventory, kitting and bundling capabilities have made managing our inventory very easy. It has more robust inventory features than Zentail and SkuVault, however in other areas it still has a way to go. It has been more accurate with tracking our inventory across the marketplaces than other programs, and while it has more features, Inventory is really the only one we use regularly. I would love to see it grow into multi-channel listing management and add some more basic features and rules, but overall we are very happy with orderhive and will continue to use it.

Avantages :

It offers a good solid inventory solution. It has been hard to find a program with Multi-warehouse inventory tracking that doesn't cost a fortune. Unlike most other programs Orderhive will take the inventory out of the location that it is shipped from , keeping a more accurate inventory of each warehouse. The accuracy is pretty solid, as we have not found one yet that works for our sku set and setup, but Orderhive has been the best so far.

Inconvénients :

*No half cent pricing- unable to use many of the built in features. *Partial ship orders from multiple warehouses. You cannot split an order into multiple warehouses to ship

A Powerful Tool for Managing My eCommerce Apparel Business

Orderhive does what I need it to do, and more. Selling print-on-demand apparel on multiple platforms requires software that can bundle raw materials with final products and push out inventory updates in real time to multiple marketplaces and sales channels. Orderhive does this, plus it is a central location for order management, shipping, and reporting.

Inconvénients :

The process for switching over my inventory system from my previous provider has been long, but it is a one-time task and I know it is necessary no matter which software solution I transition to. Thankfully, Atulya, my onboarding specialist, has made the process as painless as possible by being extremely accessible and responsive whenever I have a question and has walked me through every step of the process on zoom calls.

No customer service to speak of, many features do not work

I dont really like it. My main need was to sync inventory across online stores, but it doesn't work. My inventory numbers drift over time, and are basically never accurate. I can't pin down the source of the errors and there is no useful customer support to speak of.

The easiest inventory management software made everything straightforward

Commentaires : The key issue that Orderhive handles is the logistical updates on time with order management with adequate control, time-to-time update, and logistical challenges. Orderhive helps to access the numerous orders up to date without any lag. a single application can track all orders and check to see whether customers have returned any items. Also, we can verify whether the merchandise has actually reached the consumer. The management of orders is simplified. The logistics flow and accurate records of customer information, including shipment addresses, are shown.

Avantages :

Orderhive is the greatest CRM for order management in terms of quality, dependability, accessibility, and no troubles to date thanks to its excellent interface. It allows users to monitor all orders with appropriate filters and categories. It makes keeping tabs on your inventory levels straightforward. It is simple to register recently arriving products and consumer-made transactions using their well-maintained interface. Orders and inventory can be easily managed, shipments can be tracked, and the entire process can be seen with just a few clicks. Technical support is kind and knowledgeable. The same small, dedicated crew is committed to assisting us whenever we have an issue.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes there was a lot of latency due to traffic, but that has now changed. They have now made it impossible to access a customer's contact information. According to me, Orderhive's analytics tool is its major drawback. To raise stock levels and increase the deliverability of out-of-stock orders, they should enhance their prediction algorithms. On the other side, their software frequently failed to import orders into their hive from other sources.

Good Linnworks alternative

Commentaires : I believe this software have potential to grow and become very reliable.
Whilst there have been some issues and downtime with the FTP integrations, the support team and their developpers have always been very quick to fix them and improve them with additional features The overall customer support has been exceptional As a company using Amazon, FBA, Shopify, Ebay, WooCommerce and wholesale sharing the same stock and syncing it from our ERP, it really works

Avantages :

It does all we need to integrate it with our ERP via FTP import / export XML

Inconvénients :

FTP xml order export every 1 hour minimum might not be enough for some ERP integrations that need to sync orders and shared committed stock faster accross multiple channels. Decreasing the 1 hour window to 15 min ( like Linnworks ) would make a great difference

Commentaires : So far, It's been good. it has it's glitches that can't be resolved because i have a complicated situation. But that's because of me. It's been reliable overall and I will continue to use it.

Integrations were very good - its easy to use but when more complex things are required you will run into major issues. Not for businesses that handle a large number of orders/products

Its not often that I take to Social media to complain but Cin7 Orderhive deserve a very special shout out for the lack of Support to their customers.They offer a 20x7 Support offering yet find themselves off for days and not responding (March 6th till 9th) there was no support whatsoever. No communication to advise that there will be no support, which in any case is shocking given that they are a global SaaS provider. Often they are off during their countries National Holidays (where they are based) and have zero contingency in place, so not a true 20x7 support.This is not the first time that we have had issues, senior Managers make promises, Dipan Gajjar but deliver no change.We have waited for 4 days to get a simple FTP integration resolved. After being off for 3 days they now fail to respond to our emails or messages surrounding other issues.Issues such as:- Stock values not updating correctly- FTP integration not functioning- Not responding for days- Support team lack of product knowledge (we have had to teach them what their platform can do!)- Raise tickets for issues but do not resolveThe impact this has on our business is detrimental and as we all know changing ERP platforms takes time and planning.So yes we will be moving, and given their impeccable track record I doubt they will take any action about our issues.However I hope post helps provide other potential users of this platform get a true and clear picture of how appalling their support is .

Orderhive

Avantages :

We have been using Orderhive for about 3 years and it has worked very well for us. We don't experience many issues and when we do we get a quick response from their support team. And they have built a few customizations for us so the system fits our needs well.

Inconvénients :

Some recent UI updates have made the platform less intuitive in my opinion, but that may just be because I was used to how it worked before the updates.

Great Software for order processing

Avantages :

This software is easy to use, intuitive. It provides many different functions for order processing and allow us to dispatch orders between different warehouses and dropshippers. The customer service is always available and provides a good support

Inconvénients :

The return section is not great. we're always talking in order number and this section is sorting by customer name... (?) not possible to search an order number, and even sometimes to find out with the customer name. On the purchase section, once on order is made, no update is made inside the product. So if you add a barcode to a product after a purchase validation, the barcode won't appear in the purchase. We have to remove the product, save the purchase, edit again and add the product again, which is time consuming... Automations are not really reliable. Sometimes they don't work for an order, and sometimes they don't work anymore.... in the product section, I don't get how to remove a product from a created file. Well, may be I could find in the help center how to do it, but then it is not intuitive

Ease of use and ease of implementation. Technical support is excellent. They even customized for my needs. Their onboarding is excellent.

A couple of features to make it easy to add individual photos to variations of products could be more automated and bulk selection of items for orders is needed. Integrated POS would be great too

Do not use this system

Commentaires : OrderHive has been a constant headache since I started using it. The developers are very shortsighted in what's required, for example not having a way to retain the original order number, for me this is really basic stuff.
When new features are launched they often haven't been thoroughly thought through, for example a feature being available in the UI but not via the APIs.
I find the support people don't understand the product very well, and certainly don't understand it's shortcomings. Everything has to be explained 3 different ways and then still nothing is done about it, I have to resend the same emails multiple times to get a response, and always be the one the follow up.
Unless you have extremely basic requirements then I would stay well away from this product.

A Multi Channel Seller Necessity

Commentaires : Orderhive is a top notch provider of inventory management, product listing and channel syncing tool whether you sell on Ebay, Etsy or Amazon etc.. I tried many software prior to Orderhive and I was never totally satified. There was always something missing or they were not fully catered for the UK market. However Orderhive has exceeded my expectations. I am glad I made the right decision to keep orderhive. I still have many integrations to add and I cant wait to have everything in one place. Even the B2B portal can be customised which is my next move with the software. Anything you need just ask the guys at Orderhive and they will try to come up with a solution for your business. Their customer service is second to none. Always there 24/7. Orderhive is constantly improving, inventing and integrating features to allow sellers to do what is most important to us...selling!

Avantages :

Easy to use and small learning curve. Outstanding customer service. I can update and access my account anytime and anywhere. The guys at Orderhive are willing to listen to any customisation ideas that you may require for your business and they will always come up with an answer. Great value for money too. Love it and they have gave me no reason to go anywhere else.

When I started using Orderhive I was a novice in these kinds of systems but the Orderhive is very intuitive and easy to use. As a company, they are always making improvements and adding features. Customer service is always great as well. They are responsive to questions, requests and suggestions.

Inconvénients :

The only real crticism I have is that there is now way to back out an error on a received purchase order. You can adjust the quantities fairly easily but the actual purchase order will show received still.

They took my money for a service I never received

We paid 2800 USD on top of the usual package for some backend development that was estimated to take 3-4 weeks, max. It started in November and it got to the end of May the next year and I had finally had enough of all the bugs and waiting, despite giving warning multiple times over the months that I needed things to be done or else I would leave Orderhive. When I finally left, they refused to refund me the 2800 USD, even though I had paid for a service I literally never got. Plus the amount of bugs in the platform made me check inventory quantities every weekend. It was wasting more time than helping, so we ended up just switching to using Shopify as it was more reliable and in the end, less work on our half.

Avantages :

We really like the ability to boil down the thousands of listing SKUs we manage down to a single internal part numbers. We can now search one part number and see all of the listings associated with the many e-commerce sites we sell on. Inventory for those part numbers are pushed to the sites so we don't run out of stock as well as making ordering easy.

Inconvénients :

There are some issues that may be unique to us but Orderhive has worked with us to amend them. The setup was very difficult but that has mostly to do with over 3 thousand SKUs needing to be mapped and bundled to 1000 part numbers

Still impressive after a year

Avantages :

Very simple UI interface and yet able to track orders to great details. Utilising this for company purposes and till today, very satisfied. Customer support is top notch too. Special compliments for Shruti, who has been assisting in my account. She has been meticulous and transparent, providing clear guidance in resolving questions.

Inconvénients :

Recent upgrade to Orderhive 2.0 was not implemented properly, with lack of customer notifications and interface manuals. Otherwise, glad that there still is continuous improvement.

Great App for multiple inventories monitoring and Order management.

Avantages :

The ability to see real time inventories in multiple warehouse location. Allows to download report in csv and pdf form. The app provides very attention to details of the attributes of the product. Perfect for those who are in need of constant reminder about the characteristic of the products.

Inconvénients :

The app under the purchase order cannot add an entry for custom line that is not an inventory item. If you need to add a category related to fees, shipping or handling you must need to add first sku in order to save which is something that limits the orderhive to be almost perfect.

Commentaires : We've had a very solid experience using Orderhive . One of the best things about this product, is the active development team. They are not standing still by any means - recently they updated the user interface, added insured shipments, and improved the overall flow. The active support team makes it easy to fix anything issues you might come into contact with. We tried a lot of different software - the simplicity and small learning curve made this one a winner.

Great inventory management software

Avantages :

Feature rich and a very simplified user interface, yet packs alot of advance functions. Able to pull customized reports and check inventory logs to a great detail. Orderhive also provides very good and attentive customer support.

Inconvénients :

Being a cloud based app, sometimes it lags when inputting large amounts of data. Also, syncing between different programmes using APIs may have delays, something e-commerce business with sensitive inventory controls might face issues with.
